honestly, i think they win the superbowl.

These hard-fought, ground-out victories will put them in good stead for the playoffs.

If they had dominated every game as they did the earlier ones, I dont think they would have built up the resilience required to go deep in the playoffs, and I mean all the way deep.

hopfully they lose to the steelers or one of the other crapy teams

don't ya think it would be just perfect to see the winless Dolphins beat the unbeaten Patriots to maintain the 72 Dolphins perfect record?! :)

I still believe someone will beat them. Not sure who but I don't see them going 16-0. I didn't when they were 5-0 when all the hype seemed to begin and I stick to my guns currently. =]

I don't see how they can lose at this point. When they play bad teams they SLAUGHTER them, and when they play close against decent teams they always manage to find some way to pull out a win. They were beaten several times against us and got saved by pure dumb luck! It almost seems like they're destined to take it all the way at this point.

As for what I want to happen, unless Green Bay makes it to the Super Bowl, I'm hoping for 19-0 at this point. I want to see history happen and I don't hate them like alot of you, so now that our game with them has happened I have no reason to cheer against them. As for this Sunday, I hope they absolutely DESTROY the Squeelers.

BTW, the last option on that poll is literally impossible, they clinched their division a couple of weeks ago.

I don't think they will go 19-0 or even 16-0 simply because teams are now seeing that it is possible for teams with average records to nearly defeat them. I think the Steelers have a good chance of beating them on Sunday. Not sure who to cheer for, as part of me wants to see them defeated, and part of me wants to see a perfect season. I myself wasn't alive to see Dan Marino win 17 games only to lose the 2nd playoff game. 19-0 would be amazing, but I'm not a Tom Brady fan.

i have a strong feeling that IF they do infact go 16-0 during the regular season.....then they'll lose finally to someone in AFC championship game...

Raven07...the Pats lost a SB to Favre and the Pack! I'd appreciate that match-up, one more time...a true rematch of GOOD (GB) vs, the ultimate EVIL (NE) on the ultimate stage! HA!

However, the only way Brett will get there is through a rematch against the Cowboys in the NFC Championship game...in Dallas. (...assuming their relative standings remain the same and Dallas continues to hold onto home field advantage)

Meanwhile, the Pats can clinch home field throughout the AFC playoff THIS WEEKEND, provided they beat Pittsburgh...and the Ravens beat-down BubbleBoy Manning! I'm hoping your team plays with the same intensity level that they showed they're capable of last Monday. If so, you'll murder the bums! The CHOKER is no Brady...and the Colts can be easily rattled.

GOOD LUCK!...I'm rooting for the RAVENS this week!!!

well.....this isthe NFL, and anything COULD happen, Favre has proven that he is one of the Top Quaterbacks in the League and and to ever play the game, still making those plays, still running around, still finding ways to find the open man and get the ball down field.....he's proven his overall worth and i would bet anything that if it came down to it....Favre would make everything count in the end.

That's why it says FREAK circumstance!

I.E. extra ramifications from Spy-Gate, or another scandal of some variety.

BUT all of us are hoping that, that last option will make itself present at some point during the play-offs.

I posted your video of Jr. "blocking" for Willis on the Pats forum. :D Gee, I hope they like it. I found it to be quite an impressive improvisation...oh and hysterical at the same time.

That's pretty awesome. I never thought I'd be saying this, but come Sunday at 4 I'll probably be chanting, "Here we go Steelers! Here we go!"

Come week 17, my hatred of the Steelers will be back in full force. I'm just calling a truce for this week, like they did for us last week.
