We lost 5 straight not 6. And yes, we've given up 4th quarter leads on defense. But that is through the air. We can still put up points and stop the run.

I'm sure Cam Cameron is salivating at the prospects for record yardage through the air, but Ben put up over 500 yards passing last week himself against the #3 pass defense (maybe #2. It was 2-run/3-pass or visa-versa).

We're a desperate team. Not to mention that Tomlin gave the defense the ULTIMATE smack in the face.

I think what he was saying is they've given up 4th qtr leads in 7 games, even though they ended up wnning two of em ;)

My point was that if they would have lost v.s. GB, it would have made 6 in a row, thus making them a bit more hungry for a Victory. Lets be honest, GB didn't come ready to play you guys made them pay for it.

I wasn't saying well light it up via Air Flacco, but Gradkowski did light it up against your secondary in the 4th quarter. I think Joe is a shade better.....

We made Gradkowski look like Joe Montana. I always thought he could be a good QB but come on. lol. ... and yes Flacco is much better. I only hope Lebeau can confuse him a bit a make him hesitate. Mason and Heap scare me, but no one else in the passing game does. We have not been able to get INT's or Sacks much though.

For us Mike Wallace and Heath Miller have been lights out...., as has Ben. As usual, who the heck knows what to expect come Sunday.

Honestly, how do you guys feel about the matchups in the passing game defensively/offensively for either side?

Could this be the first 31-35 Steelers/Ravens match-up?

Its just going to be another nail biting, headache throbbing game. Massive Bloodbath as usual.

The best part is the game is not going to be Flexed. It has to be announced a Week before the game, and plus we already had a Balt. Pitt. Matchup on SNF. Get the show started early! :baltimore-ravens:

I would have never though that a Ravens v Steelers game will end up being a shootout, but I guess times are changing. *Crossing my fingers hoping for the best game of the season*

I-70West.... I completely agree. A game like the Ravens Steelers it doesn't matter if one team is 14-0 and the other 0-14- it's a smash mouth, anyone can win slugfest. Big ben throwing for 500 yards doesn't make any difference when it's us two.

Keep an eye on D-will man, he is fun to watch when his body isn't falling apart on him, which is not often lol. Good luck this Sunday, you have always been a classy member of our community. I feel kinda gross for saying that now. I need a shower.

Hey, I'm not asking for anything for Christmas except for the Ravens to destroy the Steelers. Please God let that happen. We all know that they(the Ravens)are the better team and I don't want to see the Steelers squeak by with wins in their next two games and then do the same in the playoffs. Be wary of questionable officiating this week. There's ususally a lot of this in favor of Pittsburgh.

Well, everything went great today. Jets lost, Miami lost, Denver lost, But pitt somehow had those 3 seconds left on the clock for a toe touch Winning TD. I am confident going into this game that we can Expose their secondary and run on them, but our Defense NEEDS to get pressure or it could get ugly like vs Green Bay. We should treat this game just like Green Bay, a Stress on the Pressure. Webb being out is a massive blow. Thoughts?

This could be the official coming out party for D-Will. The Steelers secondary can be had. What we need is a huge day from our offensive line.

If they can buy time, we can buy the win. If Joe is going to feel pressured and continue to dump off to Ray Rice. The Steelers will squash that this time around.

Need a big game from OL, D-Will and Joe's confidence.

It's win-win for me as a fan of both teams, and makes for a great day of football. At this point I give the edge to the Ravens, even playing in Pittsburgh, because they're playing against a Steeler team disabled by infighting and chaos. That can destroy any team, and I think the Ravens will take advantage of it on Sunday. If the Raven's offensive line steps up as they must, and Flacco remains cool, then it's the Ravens all the way, and that would make me happy.

Care to elaborate? Perhaps also provide a link where the "infighting and chaos" issues are discussed? Thanks.

Well, the Steelers have to win out to make the playoffs. The Ravens can lose to Pittsburgh and still make the playoffs. The injury status for Ed Reed and Troy Polamalu should be known on Wednesday. The Steelers have been trying to figure out how to win without Troy on the field and they may have just figured it out.

Ladarius Webb out, Ed Reed with a hip injury and neck impingement. A porous Steeler secondary. It just adds to the drama of the game. After a season like this and being a Steelers fan I don't let myself get too optimistic about any game. For Ravens fans, is there any other team that you would want to knock out of the playoffs than the Steelers? Playing for the playoffs. It's the way it should be for these two teams.

GO STEELERS!

I hope Mattison watched the Browns film from that Thursday Night game... that's how you dismantle Pitt... if Ben has all day to throw or is able to consistently slip from the pocket we will lose.

It's probably in reference to Whines comments about Ben's concussion and Ben's statement about Ward doing what's best for Ward and that claims that the locker room was divided about whether or not Ben should have played in Baltimore.

You can find those articles on nfl.com and pft and possibly nfp.

Didn't ask you and NO ONE is talking about what he's claiming. NO ONE.

Allow me to let you in on a little secret: It's the media's job to make stories bigger than they actually are.

I am a huge Ravens fan but I do not see us beating the Steelers in their house when it took us overtime to beat them here with their third string QB. The Ravens will be going up against big Ben an offensive linemen in a QBs uniform with an Arm . And if that weren't bad enough the Ravens are bring back Cory Ivy to try and cache their receivers ! I hope I am wrong .
