Bus Service Via Carney Lot A Go Or Not?

Curious if anyone has any solid info if the Hunt Valley bus service leaving out of the Carney lot was up and running or not? They would not take reservations the other day basically saying if they could get out just show up. I tried calling but their phones are only answeed M-F I'm concerned if I need to make alternative travel plans or not???
