Damn straight. I hold onto whatever hope possible, and we won't even have to worry about a wild card if the division title is still within reach.

They host the Chiefs then travel to play the Jets. The Chiefs have a decent offense despite their porous defense, while the Jets have a great defense but an iffy offense. They're penciled as wins for the Bengals, but at this point in the season, teams love playing spoiler.

We'll see. The Bengals were absolutely drained this week. They get a chance to heal themselves and we might as well forget hoping.

And I take it from Carr doing the returning that Webb is still out....nuts.

Carr returns punts, Webb returns kicks. But I think Webb is still out...

Off Topic

Bengals just scored a TD and got a 2 point conversion off a Palmer run into the endzone. Damn Bengals. Come on Chargers don't let them win.

Bengals 21
Chargers 24

And there's Olin Kreutz, showing why he and Kevin Mawae were the only centers to get votes for the NFL's dirtiest player last year. -_-

Another off topic...

Brandon Marshall went onto the field for pre-game warmups with a Chris Henry nameplate on his jersey.

Hm....despite the lopsided score, time of possession is fairly even. Just proof that the Ravens took advantage of opportunities.

Edgar Jones blew it, trying to block on that play. Maybe it was Cousins, not sure if that was 64 (Cousins) or 84 (Jones.)

I don't understand how McGahee just isn't getting anything on these runs. This is the same O-Line as in the first half. I don't understand how he's not finding the holes or getting the separation.

I can't understand the mentality behind the Ravens offense. We abviously have a stud in Ray Rice and he has proven he is our man. Now I know we are up by 3 scores but you need to keep your starting man in there for confindence. During the game as well if Ray Rice gets stopped up a few times they remove him and bring in the old timer. If we make it into the playoffs we need to establish a consistent run game with Ray Rice and this is not a smart way to boost his confidence. Oh yea and hes on my fantasy team and I desperately need him to score some points.

On another note, as lucky as the Ravens have been today, the Chargers are even more fortunate. Not only did they clinch a playoff berth by virtue of three teams losing today, but a win over the Bengals would hand them the AFC West title regardless of the result of the Broncos-Raiders game. Not bad for a team that was looking at a Wild Card spot only two weeks ago.

Well after the first 2 drives, Rice didn't have much success running the ball either. So it might not be all on McGahee.
