granted this is just for fun but kind of interested
edit: also how are the picks gonna work with the teams that put away their starters? just because we are at the point in the season now where alot of grey lines are drawn due to teams not using their starters

Don't know about the late pick issue, but, to me, the "not playing their starters" is not an issue for this. We are all privy to the same information and if a team announces that they aren't going to play their starters, we can make changes [if before the deadline]. If no announcement is made, it just becomes a guess or intuition -pretty much like any time we pick a team. [It's pretty much the same as if a player is injured and we don't find out until late that they aren't going to play.]

I'm probably going to make thursday a gimme. Despite the circumstances being beyond my control, it's unfair regardless. Not to mention it's Indy against the inconsistent Jaguars. So unless something changes, everyone will be 1-0. For the sake of fairness, if nothing else. Whether you pick Jacksonville or Indianapolis, you'll still be 1-0.

LOL. I just picked them because I pick the teams I want to lose to help the Ravens make the playoffs [I either get a point or, even better, I'm happy that they lost and don't mind not getting the point].

But during the game, for a while there, it was looking like I actually knew what I was doing!

Lol, that's exactly how I make a lot of my picks. It's really the only reason that I chose Pittsburgh in their last game. I figured that it was a win-win situation that way.

I looked like I knew what I was talking about during the Patriots/Colts game until 4th and two gate. >.<
