Next Up: Bears

Should make for an interesting game. Hopefully we can pick off that interception machine. I've seen the Bears play maybe once or twice (watching them bores the hell out of me) so I can't comment on how good they are.

I'm not going to sit back and assume Cutler will toss several picks and the Bears will lose. While that could easily happen, Johnny Knox or their other receiver could just as easily burn one Foxworth or Carr(who's actually improved in recent weeks) for six.

To me, the Ravens need to do what they did yesterday to beat the Bears. Pound the rock and play tough, disciplined football.

Whats the record for most interceptions in a game? I say we break it.
The record is eight interceptions, but that was back in 1950. Defenses have been emasculated and quarterbacks have their hands held nowadays, so it would be really hard to match that.

Here we go to another must win game. After sundays game i say alot i liked let me share it with you. i like running more when it works and using other RB ,i know they were used more after Rice was out but it was good to have them in the game. I liked heap catch, mason of course but williams was great to see him go up and fight for the ball, boy he can jump. The pace of the game was alot better than it has been we did a few hurry up to the line and as we see it al worked well.
Now Chicago is next what we need to do.
Run when we can run, pass when we can pass ,keep up on the faster pace of getting to the line keep there defence unsettled somewhat. pressure QB I'm hoping suggs will be alittle better since being back for 1 game, try and sack this QB so he will make mistakes. Also i noticed that Grant from GB had some great runs so that shows me that maybe we can pull some good runs also, i think chicago is weak on the run not sure about the pass protection. Also i read Hester might not start that would be good for us I do hope he is ok but good if he was out.So in closing another all around team pulling for a win like lastweek. GO RAVENS!!!!!

Anything works against the Lions. We saw how good their run defense is, but there defensive passer rating is 108.8. Basically, they make opposing quarterbacks look like Hall of Famers in the prime of their career.

I think this game hinges upon which Jay Cutler decides to show up on Sunday. If we can keep rush pressure on him, I think we'll get the turnover machine. Wimp out on the rush and he could torch us.

I'll be there with the Crew hoping I get to watch him eat turf!

I say put speedy Foxworth and put Webb on Knox, because Knox is pretty darn good. Even made Charles Woodson look foolish on some routes

You want them to double Knox with two corners?

Regardless, Knox is a threat to make big plays but the D needs to make sure Greg Olsen is well-covered. He moves the chains and Cutler likes throwing to him.

We better sure up the middle of our D-Line, or Forte will run all over us... Kevin Smith is no Matt Forte.
Kevin may be better than Forte. That's just my opinion. But I really don't see Forte gashing the D. Again, I'm not taking them lightly, but the Bears' o-lineman has been terrible for most of the year. Forte has only come close to or crossed the 100-yard barrier three times all year and those games were against Cleveland, St.Louis, and Detroit.

I'll be at this game. I even grew a mustache specifically for this game. Mustache Power!

Seriously we are lucky this game is at home. We have to get loud and inside Cutlers head.

Luckily the Bears do not have big receivers. They have speedy ones. If Foxworth doesn't slip this game. We'll be golden.

For you guys saying this willbe an easy win.....do you watch the NFL?

Have you seen how suspect our offense looks at time?

Have you seen how suspect our defense has looked all season?

Have you seen what has happened to the steelers this last month?

Anything is possible..

All we need is recent trends of Ray Rice fumbling,Flacco redzone picks and Db's getting burned
to make this one really difficult game for us..

They said we shouldve sacked Rodgers easily!

They say we shouldve picked off Favre a couple times!

There was no way Benson could run for over 100 on us.....let alone twice!

Please guys take the humble route..it's so much easier to deal with

The Bears have two of the fastest Wr's in the league..and a TE that is very difficult to stop..if our offense continues to give freebie turnovers any team will give us a tough match up

With that said

I really think this is a win for us..
Well spoken, I can't believe people still looking through their purple shades when evaluating opponents , especially considering the type of season we have had this year. This game is definitly a toss up, we talking bout how many interceptions Cutler has, look at how many crucial interceptions Flacco has had! Please stay humble my fellow Raven fans!

I expect a dominant performance. The incompetence of the Bears offensive line, particularly in the run game, has been evident all season. Cutler is careless with the football which plays into the hands of our defense even further.

As for the Bears defense, the loss of Urlacher has been huge. Players to watch on that defense are Tommy Harris at DT, Adewale Ogunleye at DE, Lance Briggs at OLB and Charles Tillman at CB.

Gaining and early lead will be important - force Cutler to throw lots and he'll make mistakes.

We must be careful on special teams, the Bears have a plethora of talented kick returners in Hester, Knox and Manning. So whilst we match up well with them, a few cheap scores and Chicago will be right in this game.

Ravens win 24-10. :baltimore-ravens:

i am not taking the bears lightly! we must remember...that we need to beat the bears and we need the jags to lose thursday night to the Colts to stay alive. then....the steelers (our main rivals) are up next and i know...that those cats would really love to be the spoilers in our playoff pursuits.

I dont think anyone takes this game lightly, but we've seen all season what the recipe for disaster for Jay cutler is. Pressure him and he will make mistakes.

Ravens 34-21

Let's hope so. Me and my two brothers will all be wearing Mustaches for the game to honor my Dad's Mustache of 40 years. I hope he finds it as amusing as we do.

So we'll be bringing some 'stache power!

First.

Actually I have a beard right now. Because I feel like a 70's porn star if I'm just wearing a mustache. But come game time. Shave and it's on.
Well put!You got them covered good.Knox has speed to burn and is one of those players you say "Who?".He needs to be watched when he's in at WR.and TE Olsen is good. The Bears are a team, that have alot of internal issues that are the kind of distractions that kill a team, and losing Erlacher was big.We cannot afford to take them lightly they have nothing to loose and your point about cheap scores is spot on. :argdancingravensblueonwkk8:
