He's listed as the emergency backup. So if they go to him, neither of the first 2 QBs can play again.

But if the game is close in the 4th, they might risk bringing out Rothlisberger.

He's not inactive, I think the 3rd string qb counts toward the 8 inactives since it's only an emergency position

I'm just worried that if they are done 6 points with 2 minutes left in the game, and Dixon ain't done crap. They might bring out Rothlisberger for one drive.
