Signature Calamity

Ok, once again my signature has been disabled without warning.

What is going on here? Technically illegal but still allowed, them randomly de-activated for me two or three times now.

Has a stand been taken against GIF signatures? By the way people, stop using the [b]useless[/b] Safari browser!!!

GIF signatures are to be disabled (i.e. removed) when entering the Game Thread or they will be removed FOR you by a Mod; in cases where a sig is removed, they will usually be cut-and-pasted into the About Me section of your profile so that you may find them easily later.

If your sig has been removed without you being notified, it is likely because you entered a Game Thread with it enabled, and we usually don't have time to send a PM notifying every member of this while we're monitoring the thread real-time.

Since your sig was technically over the file size limit anyway, we shouldn't have allowed it to begin with, but had let it stand temporarily because the complaints were far-and-few in-between. Either way, observe the sig rules on gameday in the Game Threads and everything should be fine. I personally don't remember removing your sig in particular, but another Mod may have.

Alternately, the dead link in your signature area indicates that perhaps the file itself was deleted from the image host's servers, likely because of its size.

Looking at your profile there has not been a mod on it so I would check with hosting. That sig really is too big and needs to be cut down.
