The Browns always bring it when the play the Bengals so maybe they can put a stop to the sweep, but then again they are the Browns...

Speaking of which, you may remember the how pathetic the Browns offense was prior to last week. They showed some discouraging signs of competence when they played Detroit.

Brady Quinn threw three touchdowns in the first quarter, doubling his career total. (He also added another one in the fourth quarter.)

As you may recall, it had been more than a year since a Cleveland Browns wide reciever scored a touchdown, but on Sunday that all changed:

Wideouts Mohamed Massaquoi (the rookie’s first td), Chansi Stuckey (fifth in four NFL seasons) and Josh Cribbs (the second in five years for the return specialist) all scored through the air.

Fortunately that effort was all for nought- the Browns still lost.

Peyton Manning got a whopping one touchdown against them so I'm not too worried... yet. I'll need to see how we fare without Washington first.

I bet his game is finished by half time. Maybe even his season. Just plain stupid to put him out there this soon after his 4th brain injury.

I do agree that it is not wise for him to play, but it might not affect him as strongly as we think.

He's pretty young and he's bounced back from a few concussions; he might do it again. Of course, it will catch up to him- it's only a matter of time, but he might have a few years left.

Carson said today that the entire team was as pissed off as he has ever seen them since he has been here. Pissed at theirselves for letting last weeks game slip away. He said he guaranteed that would be the last game this season they let their guard down. I have a feeling the Browns are in for a very long day and a very long ride home.

Do you think the Browns are disappointed in their peformance? For the first time this year, they looked like a competent team and they still coudln't finish the game out. They are now going to play a divisional rival so that should bring out the fire in them. I'm not saying they're definitely going to win, but I would not be surprised if they did.

wow you are up 34 -12 and you challenge a fumble what a jerk they are 2-8 man give them a break.Get your panties out of a bunch cuz Brett slapped you around.
On another note keeping Stafford in the game was brutal the kid is obviously hurt, good way to build up your franchise by shortening your QB's career potentionally

Sigh, the Cowboys are like the Ravens. Once we get down the field the offense just sputters and dies.

pretty much hope that changes Sunday Night
