Transportation From The Eastern Shore

I am disabled and my wife and I have tickets for the Detroit game in December and were wondering if there is transportation from Rehoboth Beach, Ocean City, Fenwick Island, etc. I can't drive and it sure would be great if we could get 2 seats saved on a bus goinf to the game. My son and a couple buddies rode up on the Crabcake Factory USA bus from north OC to the Ravens MNF game against the Patriots a couple years ago -- they were not members of his Ravens Roost. He is a super Ravens fan and very helpful, even if you don't ride up on his bus.
