if you think optimistic, act optimistic and are optimistic... generally things turn out alot brighter for you


you can find the good or bad in everything

the good: our defense stepped up, the 3-4 is US...., we held manning to one TD, we forced him to make mistakes
the bad: our kicker missed one, ed reed messed up trying to make a play, flacco threw an interception

nothing we can do about the loss now except learn from it

what did we learn today

1) 3-4... it is def for us
2) don't throw into triple coverage
3) don't call a Time Out before a challenge
4) our kicker situation is a whole lot brighter
5) we are still in this, despite our .500 record
6) we need to figure out our red zone offense
7) our OLine stopped one of the top pass rushing D's in the league ... and still seeks improvement
8) the team is still going through some growing pains... including the coaches


some thoughts from me
1) should probably start using leron mcclain early in the game to get the opp DLine worn out... and start bringing in rice in the 2nd-3rd quarter, we have 3 exceptional backs... we should use them all
2) use haltoi ngata as a TE/FB in those goal line situations

really.... I can say that we'll have vincent jackson next year.. and charge some poor souls for it? and you mean they would actually pay to hear that.... and no one else could use it because they'd be stealing?

This just isn't fair on us anymore, [i]another[/i] heartbreaker.

I was proud of how our team played, despite the costly errors. Many positives to take from this!

Unfortunately I'm going to toss and turn in bed tonight seeing that kick go wide right and that pass intercepted in the red zone...

I'm very proud of the boys all up though. We certainly were not overmatched, I'm amped for what we can do against Pittsburgh!!!!

Ok everyone is right we win out the rest of our games we have a shot we lose one more our playoffs are gone....10-6 in the afc it's very slim getting in..now if we were nfc hell we still be in line for a division title

'Cause some of it is just so negative and exaggerated it gives me perspective on the positives.
