in case your not familiar with the O's thread i posted this over there(just letting you know just in case) and its a 6 mil deal with 1 mil in incentives also,not trying to sound snippy tho this is how it reads lol

its all good it definitly fell under free agency tho it's definitly starting to feel good but last year did to,our offense will definitly be up

I think this was a good move by Minnesota. Thome will probably hit around 25 homers.

Also the Reds signed SS Orlando Cabrera to a 1 year deal no money disclosed yet, and the A's signed OF Gabe Gross, 1 year-$750,000 contract after acquiring CF Willy Taveras from Cincy in a four player deal that also sent IF Aaron Miles to the Reds. Taveras was subsequently designated for assignment, whew! If I got any of this wrong feel free to correct me it got kinda confusing!

I totally agree with you and he is one of the best players ecspecially being part of the steroid era.He has never been brought into that mix and I believe he has stayed clean,along with Griffey Jr.(I hope).521 lifetime homers non juiced...thanks Big Hurt,the White Sox are retiring his number also
