I love baseball. Too bad the Indians sucked a royal <insert explicative> last year but the Tribe will march on. At least we don't have any Cy Young award winning pitchers to trade away this year!

Winn, Molina, and Uribe are up (I don't care about Penny, he can go) but no word if they're leaving SF. I don't think they're going to fight to keep Winn.

slightly related side note - the Freak - two for two!

I'll believe with you. My parents were HUGE Orioles fans when they were still alive. The last anniversary they had before she was too sick, they spent at Camden Yards and had an announcement up on the jumbotron-thing.

They're not my team, but black and orange is all good.

Maybe, but I have a feeling a few teams are going to take a chance on him, which will drive up his value. I don't believe he will come cheap as a lot of people think. But I do hope he signs with us!

Bedard pwned us when we played against him this season. I have two players the O's should definitely target. I believe Adrian Beltre and Bedard would be real solid pickups to a short term contracts. Explanation (click here)

Bedard would be an OK pick up, he just needs to stay healthy and Lord knows we need a solid lefty in the rotation. Beltre on the other hand, went from hitting 25 HRs and being a Gold Glover to hitting 8 last year and being one of the tops in the league in errors. No thanks.

This years FA' market is a little weak, Maybe Andy sends away Arrietta and something else for a nice bat and decent at the corners.

I'll always LOVE the O's.

INDIANAPOLIS - The three-way blockbuster that will send Curtis Granderson from the Tigers to the Yankees is on the verge of completion, major league sources said early Tuesday afternoon.

An exchange of medical records will be required to finalize the biggest transaction so far this off-season, a deal in which the Tigers will part with two All-Stars — Granderson and starting pitcher Edwin Jackson — in an effort to build a more cost-effective club.

The proposed exchange of players is as follows, according to sources:

- The Yankees receive Granderson from the Tigers.

- The Diamondbacks receive Jackson from the Tigers and right-hander Ian Kennedy from the Yankees.

- The Tigers receive center fielder Austin Jackson and left-hander Phil Coke from the Yankees; and right-hander Max Scherzer and left-hander Daniel Schlereth from the Diamondbacks.
