I heard some rumors around the trade mill of a trade for TO. It would be an addition but at the same time i think i would dislike it bc of all of the baggage that he brings with him.

clayton was a 1st round pick... what???? NO WAY????

I seriously think we need to give d-will a chance, and maybe even bring up harper and riley they should beable to give it a go, at least cam will have 6'4 speedy good route running recievers who just need to work on there hands, for some reason cam cameron wanted both of them to stay on the team cuz he has faith in both of them. we gotta see it happen, especially if indy game looks bad we need them for the steelers.. seriously tho

HARPER, 6'4 215
FAST, good route running, always finds a way to get open

needs to catch tho, and im sure he is ready!!!

I agree with the running the ball more. Problem is our O-line. With their size, they are more suited to pass protection, which unfortunately, they havent been doing a good job of lately. I still think its a play-calling/gameplan issue with the poor passing game. Yeah, if Joe has 5-7 seconds to just stand in the pocket and wait for someone to break open he'd be fine. But with the current 2-3 seconds hes getting, there are never gonna be receivers open with the routes they are being asked to run.

Everyone is talking about we need a big wideout this and that but if u look at a roster every reciever we have is over 6 feet besides mason and clayton at 5'10. do you think any of these young kids like d.will e.riley j.harper will be playmakers for us in the future? do u think flacco would feel more comfortable throwin to taller reciever??let me know

There are tall receivers but D.Williams has had a shot but can't stay healthy long enough to make an impact.Riley not sure but Harper during the pre-season kicked a#% and I think he might but it depends on the Ravens this coming up offseason.I believe this offseason the Ravens will take a veteran receiver through free agency. The Ravens should consider giving an extension to K.Washington he has done an outstanding job this year and I believe he can be a full time starter.

??????

Harper dropped every other ball. Not saying he can't be good, but he definitely didn't kick @ss like you say.

I thought we played extremely well, and if Flacco did not throw that pick (which was dumb read by Flacco w/ double coverage)

We might be 6-4 if Cundiff did not miss that chip shot

ok...we did play well. Cundiff was the man in this game! he was 5/6. and yes...he did miss a fg that could have made the score 18-17...and....Flacco did throw an uncharacteristic last minute pic...but....the offense was horrible in the redzone!

they had 3 chances at like...1st and goal....2nd and goal....3rd and goal....and...THEY COULD NOT SCORE A TOUCHDOWN!!! pure garbage!

what happened to the PA to Todd Heap? when is L.J. Smith gonna earn his money? when are we gonna run that "uneven" formation like last year? when are we gonna run a 2 TE set like most teams in the nfl are doing now? to not be able to score a TD in the redzone and just settle for 3pts EVERYTIME....has got to become UNACCEPTABLE unto the Ravens organization! until then....this lost today....may always be the outcome!

Pathetic that we were at the 1 yard line and had to settle for a FG.

The 1 yard line and there was a miss communication between Mcgahee and Flacco. That's where we lost the game in my opinion.

I know this don't go here, sorry in advance Mods but I didn't feel like creating a new thread for something so simple. Whoever is our ESPN Insider is can you find out what it says about Boldin coming to Baltimore next year. I went to ESPN.com and on the NFL page there is a link to the rumors that says "Chances of Boldin to BAL next year."

I'm sure it's something we knew from last time but since it's been a while and I saw the Cardinals were going to trade Boldin in the off-season so. Just thought I pass that little information to you guys.

Thank you so much for not making an unnecessary thread. :) It makes our job so much easier when people are so thoughtful.

To me, this team doesn't really need a gamebreaker at receiver like Andre or Calvin Johnson but someone who can all the plays like Reggie Wayne. Wayne isn't very big, strong or fast but he can do everything from working the sideline, going across the middle and winning jump-balls. Mason put in a great perfomance today but it's sad that no one else can get open.
