Post Times/ Dst?

I cant figure out why my or other post times dont correspond to the correct time of day. I have the DST checked in my settings. The one thing I am not sure of is the time zone listed. There is no Eastern Standard Time zone for me to choose. What am I doing wrong?

Dan it looks like you are in MD you should have GMT-5 Eastern as your time zone with dst checked, mine is synced up time. Is your computer date and time OK? I drove myself nuts for a week about something like that to find one of the kids set my date up a month. Hope this helps.
