It's just a promotional thing, same as the Storm jerseys they made two years ago. They're strictly for fashion.

Yea, it's all about the money. The theme for year is like that fading between the team's two colors, like the hats and jackets the player are wearing. Anyway, I think the jerseys look stupid and cheap, but hey, it's my opinion.

I would rather have a Ed Reed fathead.

They're cool, I s'pose. I saw it earlier, but it really didn't catch my eye. I definitely prefer the authentic jerseys over these strictly for looks jerseys. But hey, that's just me. However, I do like the black fade to purple look they're going with for the Ravens this year. I was planning on picking up the beanie soon, but I don't think I need a matching Ed Reed jersey haha

I totally agree with u there..somethings just not 'right' about it..lol. If u ask me nothing beats the all black and/or classic purple jersey.. even the all white ones rub me the wrong way..

I have an authentic Ray Lewis jersey that I bought used from a guy that paid full price- $250+ a couple years ago.
I also have 2 jerseys- Ngata and Reed that are knock off authentics I bought from ebay. They look like the real deal except they are a much lighter weight and the stitching is not quite as nice. But, for $50...who can complain?!
With what is available online, I would never buy an 'iron-on' jersey.
