Showing Some Fire

4 posts in this topic

The 2 moments that stuck out to me (they showed them on the jumbo-tron, not sure if they showed them on the TV coverage) were Joe pounding his chest after the Mason TD and Harbs pumping up the crowd on what turned out to be a 3-and-out that pretty much sealed the game. I'm all for Joe being ice cold and not overreacting to good or bad plays, but it was good to see a little fire. And Harbs knew how big our D was stepping up. When they put him on the screen and he was getting jacked up, the Bank exploded. Those are the moments that I go to the games for.

I didn't see Harbs pumping up the crowd but I heard a caller on a radio show saying he did it.

As for Flacco, watching him pound his chest a few times after the dart he threw to Mason for the TD was great. He's been a lot more animated this year after big plays.

It's so fun watching him grow week to week.

When they showed Harbs on the jumbo-tron Pumping up the crowd it sent chills down my spine! If I was a player and I saw myself on the Jumbotron I'd be getting the crowd loud every possible chance. It really takes the bank to a new decibel level !

Agree'd Jared Allen basically amps the crowd up every snap in Minn. I'd like to see our guys do that. I'll never forget when Ray started swinging his arm up and down like he was pounding something and then in unison yelled something to the effect of "Bop. Bop Bop. Bop" like he was beating the other team down!
