Hard to understand what you guys are after. Most formats follow a 1-QB, 2-RB's, 3-WR's, 1-TE, 1-K, 1D/ST (Defense/Special Teams) With usually around 5 spots for your bench. Obviously your bench is to shift players in and out when your starters are on a BYE or face unfavorable matchups, injuries etc.
All players are treated like a real person, so no 2 teams can share a similar player - it's not like a pool where teams can share a common player.
Week to week your "players" are given a point value which represents what they were "worth" on that given day - QB's 1 pt for every 25 yards thrown, 6 points per touchdown, -2 or -3 points for interceptions etc. RB's - 1pt for every 10 yards running or receiving, 6 pts per TD, -2 or -3 for fumbles etc. and so on - you get what I'm saying.

Outside of the point systems and overview of how the "Fantasy" world works, what do you want to know?
