I saw that coming before the season even started. Did anyone see the big story on him returning to Lambeau on Countdown? No one gave the many any respect for anything's he's done for the team. I cannot remember who it was, but he was called a "Traitor" on more than one occasion.

Was glad Brett got this win today,Favre is my favorite non Raven.I respect what the man has done on the field.Granted the off season drama of retirement was annoying but really that's on the media.
Brett imo is the greatest quarterback to play the game, and he is a consumate professional, look when Jennings got the wind knocked out of him,Brett was one of the first to kneel down to make sure he was ok,last week in Pittsburgh when Harvin got hit and didn't get up,Favre sprinted downfield to check on him.Really I have never seen a QB do that.
I was saddened to see him get the reaction he got,for all he has done for us,but I guess Baltimore would do the same if say Ray Lewis went to Pittsburgh. It shook Brett to ,but he didn't get mouthy he just smiled, and did what he does best.
Good Job Brett and I hope we meet your Vikings in the SuperBowl.

I don't really want to meet the Vikes in the Superbowl, as good a Superbowl as it'd be. Honestly, I can see the Saints getting to the Superbowl, before the Vikings.

The thing is, I respect Favre for what he's done in his career, but I just wish he'd admit publicly that his whole reason for un-retiring TWICE was to get revenge on Packers GM Ted Thompson. Thompson essentially forced Favre to retire before he wanted to, and even though it was meant for the Packers' long-term benefit, Thompson and Favre could've both handled it better, privately.

My biggest issue is that Favre continually denies that this is about revenge, when his giddiness today in scoring those touchdowns and beating the Packers was a little too obvious. He even showed much greater concern for his former teammates getting hurt than I've ever seen any player have for their old teammates during a game. I know it's asking a bit much to have him forget the friendships he made in Green Bay, but if he's truly about helping the Vikings rather than beating the Packers, he'd concern himself more with his own team than his old friends.

This was all about revenge, and until he admits that, I can't respect Favre until he retires for good.

I believe he would have gone straight to the bears or vikings last year if the packers would have allowed it.I think Favre is the biggest diva and fake in the nfl.I take nothing away from what he has done on the field but,I dont think much of him as a person.

I'm sick of hearing about him. I'm also of the opinion he is possibly one of the most narcissistic players in the NFL. The thing that put me over the edge was an interview in which he said anyone who was against him just didn't love him. My gods, how vain can one man be?

Brett, baby, get over yourself already and make up your mind. I'd rather root for a losing team than cheer for a diva. Until he stays retired I have zero respect for the man. All the stats in the world don't make up for the deliberate distraction he's created.

I have all the respect in the world for him even though I never pulled for the teams he has been on.I can't imagine how it feels to be his age and have the passion he has or taking the punishment from the defense's.The Packer's fans need to be aware of the reason he left ,always remember there are two sides to every story. He has been playing proball since the early 90's when I was in high school for those of us that was in school when he played he is kind of a link to our younger days.I will always remember that time mostly because I remember my father still being alive,he always liked Favre even though he only saw him for two years before his death. He used to say Favre would be special and be around for along time but but like most teenagers I blew what he was saying off.Yes dad you were right afterall.I miss you dad

I loved that sign "We'll always love you Brent"

In all seriousness those fans are seriously butthurt, Favre is not a Packer right now because of the Packers.

i knew that Favre would put the final stake in the heart's of Green Bay, their management and their fans today! i am glad that he got those cats 2xs this season...both...in Minnesota and now....on their own turf in Green Bay! remember....Favre wanted to go to the Vikings initially when the Packers first tried to "force" him into retirement and then they tried to control which team he would play for. you know why? BECAUSE OF TODAY!!! hey Green Bay management......

KARMA IS A MUTHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!
