Federal grand juries usually don't indict without strong evidence.

Personally, I think Bonds is a fraud whose name should be removed from the record books.

And I'm sorry, but the evidence has been pretty damning from day one.

And if there isn't a more damning piece of evidence than the obvious change in his cap size over the years, then I don't know what is. Other than a blatant confession from Bonds himself or finding prescriptions in his home for steroids/HGH/illegal substances.

What gets me is that they offered him immunity to testify at the BALCO hearings, and he still lied. He deserves it.
