I guess bye weeks are for bashing Harbaugh... Kicking and screaming, "I want my black uniforms or Harbaugh sucks" is the new 'cool' and no one told me!

I wish I knew earlier so I could have joined in before it became a bandwagon issue.

Well hes actually kinda right. Harbaugh took a team that Billick had built and did the 1 thing Billick couldnt do and that was get a franchise QB. Harbaughs team last year was really Billicks team featuring a real QB. This year is really Harbaughs "first" year with his own Ravens squad.

Do you get it now!? It does not matter what color we wear brooo. It does not matter if it is primetime, 1:00pm 0r 415pm brooo. The color of the jersey has nothing to do with winning or lossing brooo. Making plays or the lack of making plays will cause you to win or lose and the color of your uniforms has nothing to do with that brooooo.

I know..... but when you are playing football who would think "Man we lost another game, I think we had on the wrong color pants or Man we lost the game but if we would have worn the white jersey I know we would have gotten that win"? Who? Make plays not excuses!

No but those black uniforms although I love them , were bad luck towards us I guess if you believe in superstition . Maybe we would do the opposite and play good with them on . What the heck try it and see .

In reality, the color of the jersey has no bearing over how the ravens play. The variable that has caused us to lose recent prime time games is not the color of our jersey's but rather the teams we have played. In recent memory I can remember playing the Steelers and Patriots at home during prime time. We were donning all black but remember that the steelers have always been a vicious division foe, and the Pats were in the midst of a perfect season that we ALMOST ruined. I might add though, the second I see Ed Reed and TSugss (among others) walk out of the tunnel in all black, shivers of excitement go down my spine.

We ought to just own up to the fact that we snaked the colors from Northwestern University. They were having a good year in '95, and everyone noticed how cool their black tops and purple pants were. We didn't want to make it as obvious, so we did the purple tops and black pants, which eventually changed pattern and became white. I remember one team official even admitting we liked their colors and ganked 'em. What I'm sayin is, try black tops and purple pants. Sounds silly, looks coo.

The black pants with black tops look silly. The pants were all shiny and velvety and....somehow not cut right. I'll be blunt, guys' packages were spilling out to the horror of children and pastors across America. I'm not even trying to look, but some guy's banana hammock is being broadcast in 3 million pixels in 46" HD six feet from my face. Them black pants are lewd and lascivious. Yeah, white pants. Stick with the white pants.

I don't ever remember Harbaugh saying the team would never wear an all black uniform again. Although I do remember him saying statistically we get penalized more when we or other teams wear all black or dark uniforms.

I think we got penalized more because we were playing the golden children of the NFL (Patriots, Steelers, Colts, etc.). I think we would have gotten penalized if we came out in any color. For example the game in 2005 when we played the Lions: We tied the record for most penalties and hold the record in penalty yards. We were wearing our all white unis.

I love the black uniforms! I mean come on, we're Ravens. Ravens aren't purple and white or purple and black, they're all black.
