Look we lost 3 in a roll, 3 games that were less then 30 seconds from ending, its over it's done with, get over it. Do not worry, the Ravens are not done for the season!! We will fix whats broken and look into matters during the bye. Now giving the schedule from our opponents in the next few weeks, we can easily gain the top spot in the AFC North at week 9.

Week 7
Ravens (3-3) Bye,
Bears @ Bengals (4-2) If the Bears win, it will bring the Bengals to (4-3)
Vikings (6-0)@ Steelers (4-2) If the Vikings win, it will bring the Steelers to (4-3)

Week 7
Bengals (4-3)
Steelers(4-3)
Ravens (3-3)

=========================================================================================

Week 8
Bengals (4-3) Bye Week
Steelers(4-3) Bye Week
Broncos (6-0) @ Ravens (3-3)If the Ravens get their stuff together and win this game we will go up to (4-3)

Week 8
Bengals (4-3)
Ravens (4-3)
Steelers (4-3)
=========================================================================================

Week 9 Time to take it back!!! Whats our name?
Steelers (4-3) @ Broncos (7-1)If The Broncos win this one, It will set the Steelers to (4-4)
Ravens (4-3) @ Bengals (4-3) If the Ravens can come out and play an highly explosive game on both sides of the ball and win, We will go to (5-3) and the Bengals will goto (4-4)

Week 9
Ravens (5-3)
Bengals (4-4)
Steelers (4-4)

================================================================================================

I just hope and pray that this is how the next few weeks unfold, and if it does unfold that way, It will be looking real good for us, coming off our bye, winning a home game against an undefeated team, then going on the road to play an 2nd divisional top spot game and winning that. It will give a lot of momentum for our Team!

I know they are over and done with, but I just wish we had won our last 3 games and not put ourselves in this kind of position.

I hate needing to have other teams lose.

i agree with you no one likes waiting for other teams to lose but its part of the game and i have faith that our ravens will bounce back hard might lose a couple more but if we keep focused and work our division it will turn out well.

WVRaven fan I agree with you on this one..The games we lost by no means any of those games were blowouts. We had a chance and some unforced error gave us the big L on the loss column...

I know what you mean, other teams are bound to hit tough times. Who knows what affect the loss of Antwan Odom will have on the Bengals for instance?

The bengals and steelers haven't been playing there best football either. It's perfectly feasible for us to climb back into the race. We need to start by getting one win and building on that. From there we need to take care of business within our division.

You should always hope that the teams in your division lose anyway , no matter if your in first place by 3 games or where we are now it's no different . Fix da corners and we will be ok . We gotta fix them in this bye week though no time to waste now .

Well with 2 games yet to play against the Steelers. And we are only one game back of them. Plus one against the Bengals. Who lost Odom, he's been a huge spark for their defense. There is plenty of football left.

To say our season is over, is being quite extreme. It's like saying your expecting to be at a certain level in your life when you reach 30, except you aren't there at 30, you just don't give up on life? There's plenty of time to fix things and excel.

Well, I disagree that we will have the division lead in three weeks, but I agree that this season is far from over.We are one loss behind both Cincy and Pittsburgh, and we have one game against Cincy and two against Pittsburgh. We can win the division if we, well, win in the division. But before all of that, we need to secure our defense during the bye.

wow you guys act like the Ravens are three games back. They aren't! They are a game behind Pittsburgh and Cincy. What do they have to do to take the division? Beat Pittsburgh and Cincy..very simple

Our season is definitely not over... good shot we could make the playoffs still. But face it even if we make the Playoffs this 2009 Ravens team would play a great game down to the wire and blow it on the first round. We had a much better shot at a Super Bowl in 2006 (or 2008) than we have this year. Defense wins the big games

Never before have I been happier to see a Bengals player go down (notice how most aren't calling them the "Bungles" anymore?).

I think it's ridiculous that we are probably the only team in the league that needs a thread like this just because we are 3-3.

Since the question is "could this happen?", it seems to me that "yes" is the only answer for anyone not giving up on a team that is just a few plays away from winning those lost games.

With 3 close games down the drain, I believe we still have a shot at having a decent season when its all said in done. Even if we lose against denver (GOD I HOPE NOT) chances r, we still r in the thick of things. I wouldnt panick until we lose 6 before winning 6. :baltimore-ravens:

So you expect both the Steelers and Cincy to lose their next two games in a row but for Baltimore to win 2 in a row? I mean no matter what division you're in, the scenario you projected would get any .500 team close to the division lead.

But of course by week 9 things will change because you will be playing two division games in a row...

Not sure why people are doing detailed scenarios when there are 10 games left, I thought this is what people did with like 4 or 5 games left in the season???

I'm not sure anybody expects that, but it's nice to think of the possibilities. Don't take it so personally. We're just trying to be optimistic about our team.

Why? Because we can. You should have seem the scenerios before the season even started. Heck, before the draft! It's what we do. I suspect it's what every fandom does that likes to think of the possibilities of the future.

There you go sir, its changed. I do not know why some people are freaking out about this thread, I am not worried, I am simply showing fans how easy it could be for us to jump back in the number one slot is all. IT CAN HAPPENED!! But its up to the Ravens and their fate. Bring it back RAVENS BRING IT BACK!!

If the man wants to show a positive senario, projecting his team to the top of the division, whats the harm? Dont act like you have never done it. If you say you havent then I have to say :landry:
