yea i've already seen those Video's of His HighLights.....i as you can see from those highlights....he has EXTREME potential and with the Great Mentorship we have here in Baltimore.... I can see him becoming/forming into a GREAT Player for us in the near Future. The Guy Has EVERYTHING that we as a team, has been looking for...Poise in the pocket, Leadership ability, toughness, Vision, Speed.....All things of which the Ravens as an Organization has been wanting/looking for in a Player. He just needs to work on his Timing and his release (fine tuning/sharpening his Skills to the NFL Style of play) then he'll be ready to go. Right now, is a GReat opportunity for him to gain ALOT of Game day knowledge so that he can become the BEST player that he can be, and we all know what kind of player he COULD be (given his collegiate record and what not).....THis Week will also give him time to take some of the Reps in Warm-ups and really gain knowledge of what to do and what not to do.

the main reason why his passes are getting tipped and Intercepted by the defense, is the plain and simple fact that He's not as Tall as the other Quarterbacks in this league and not as tall as some of his other Offensive Teammates. therefore resulting in Tipped passes, and Interceptions. His Vision is obscured from the Players in front of him and (right now) he's making those Rookie Mistakes. He Just has to learn how to play around the Height Issue and adjust to the style and the Level of Play here in the NFL and He'll do just fine, i have my Fullest Confiedence in him :) believe me when i say this...he will be (with time and practice) a Great Quarterback and Player for us....

just give him time to develop into the type of player we think he can be for us and let him figure out a way around the Height issue and work on the Basic NFL Quarterback skills and he'll be Just fine with us :) i personally feel as though Troy Will be the Kind of Quarterback that we've been searching for, since the get-go. but as i said before.....he just needs to work on the basic fundamentals of the game (Timing, Ball control..you know all the basic stuff) he'll do great, just wait and see...
