Just mentioned on Scott and Anita on masn and the fan that the ravens went after TO but the bills didn't want to shop him out. Now i think instead of going for TO now we should go after dwayne bowe the time to get TO was in the offseasoun when he was a free agent. But any way Thoughts on this !
