I Love Michael Oher

ok, this is my LAST post on this topic. If you don't get it..... ok?

Michael Oher has played right tackle the first three games and no one has complained for the first three games.

Meanwhile, in the same first three games, Tamba Hali of the KC Cheifs gave Jarrod Gaither FITS against the Ravens. Who in the hell is Tamba Hali? He has a total of (3) three sacks for the season, and I think two of them came against Gaither. Tamba Hali?

Michael Oher took over for Jarrod Gaither at left tackle against the NE Patriots, Cincinati Bengals, and the Minnisota Vikings.

He was placed against NE Patriots, who have a notorious pass rush. His results... 0.0 sacks.

Against L. Odom of Cincinati, who was the NFL sack leader at the time, Oher's performance was 0.0 sacks allowed. Odom now has 8.0 sacks for the year.

Then next he came up against Jarrod Allen of the Vikings, who had just demolished the NY Jets with 3.5 sacks in one game the week before. Allen has 7.5 sacks for the season. Oher's performance was 1.0 sacks allowed against Allen.... All Pro against NFL Rookie?

I will predict this..... next year....Nobody....And I mean NOBODY.....will be able to touch this kid.

Keep in mind that against the Vikings, Cam gave Oher NO HELP from the TE or RB's. Oher handled these dudes one on one! Ray Rice was in the pass patterns on every single play. Todd Heap was out running down the field. Gaither ALWAYS gets help! NOBODY DOES THIS AGAINST THE VIKINGS! And Michael is a NFL ROOKIE.

Look guys, Michael Oher is going to make Baltimore fans, in the long run, even forget about Jonothan Ogden. I am actually surprised that JO hasn't even commented about this rookie. But you know....... NFL ego's have him making Gaither out to be the next great thing, compared to sliced bread. Go figure THAT!

Oher has definitely exceeded expectations for a first rounder. Which is impressive. But for the value of Gaither (a fifth round pick) he's proven his worth well and beyond. We got a steal with Gaither, and he has the mold of Ogden. So he's easy to like. It's that simple.

Know what? You have actually got a good point. I really NEVER thought of it that way, but your point is solid. Cool.

All this talk about Jared Allen but where was he when the game was on the line and Flacco was driving down field scoring?
