What Factors In The A Qb Rating?

I thought it was just completion percentage, Yards, TDs, and INTs. But looking at the weekly leaders on NFL.com is noticed Brees had a higher rating than Brady even though Brady had a higher comp% and 2 more TDs and neither had an INT. The only difference seems to be Brady's 2 sacks to Brees' none.

very helpful. I thought comp% was only one criteria, but its actually factored into everything. Yards per attempt, TDs per attempt, and INTs per attempt.
