Watch This Video Of Brian Dawkins

we have a "few" hard and heavy hitters of our own, and we COULD potentially have more than we now realize with rookies like Antwan Barnes and Prescott Burgess.....they could very well be so call "heavy hitters" for this team and its defense in the future some time at some point.

Beastly. I didn't fully appreciate the power of Dawkins until I lived with an Eagles fan who yelled "LOOK AT DAWKINS!" on practically every defensive snap.

lol yea that can be undertandable......the guy has the talent and most certainly has what it takes to play his position but his name doesnt have to be called out like that on EVERY single snap of the ball lol.

Yeah kind of an exaggeration, but it's still pretty close...living with an Eagles fan is a one-of-a-kind experience.

lol must be a divided house hold with one side Ravens and the other Eagles haha :P

Divided indeed. This was in a dorm--We had 3 bedrooms, 2 people each, with a "common" room (a living room, basically).

2 Ravens Fans

2 Redskins Fans

1 Eagles Fan

1 Bears Fan

Made for some fun times.

Now I only live with Redskins fans, and it just isn't the same.

Anyone see the neck tackle Dawkins had on Reuben Droughns yesterday?

Droughns broke free and looked like a lock for a TD, with Dawkins behind in pursuit. Most DBs (and linebackers, for that matter) would have fallen feebly and tried to grab for his ankles, but not Dawkins. He jumped on his back, got an arm around his neck, and threw him down at the 1. Eagles then held the Giants to a FG.

Incredible player.

my favorite player thats not on the ravens. watch the end he picks people up and throws em

my favorite player period!!! let me let ya'll in on something.....brian dawkins is the best safety of all time! much respect due to ronnie lott but dawkins is better. i consider it a priveledge to be able to witness this animal play the game with such a fire from within every week. this man not only has been the heart and soul of the eagle defense for the past decade but in all honesty this is his team not mcnabb's. mcnabb is the focal point because he is the QB but dawkins has been and always will be the leader on this team as long as he continues to play. he defines a football player and is also extremely active in the community and donating large sums to charities and such. can't say enough about 'em
