The future is bright for this team. To bad the future isnt here now.

Oher, for the most part held his own vs. Allen.

Flacco, played great late.

Ray Rice, played great late.

Webb looks to be the real deal on ST. Hopefully, the same is true on D.

Ellerbe, Gooden, and Nakamura all made some pretty good tackles. Ellerbe and Nakamura prevented big plays and Gooden prevented a TD.

We need another good draft to get where we want to be.

Bight spot is that these guys never game up. I know in the game threads we as fans gave up on them many many times. They kept in and they should've come away with a win. Despite playing in a hostile environment. We didn't deserve a win however.

Agreed in terms of the offense/special teams, but the defense needs a bit of retooling.

I would actually call the O-Line a bright spot. They held up under a ferocious Vikings Pass rush that has been decimating QBs as of late and gave Flacco just enough time to work. Considering it was Oher's first REAL test against a premiere pass rush, I think we have things to look forward too. Also consider that we were without Gaither for a second week in a row, (Second and a half going back to New England.)

After all is said and done, The Ravens accomplished quite a bit today. They gained positive momentum going into the Bye, and we held Gaither out, so he should be a lock to come back in week 8. Mattison will get an opportunity to work even more with the Defense, and our Offense and Special Teams seem to have found a rhythm.

Hate if you want, but I see a lot more positives this week compared to the last couple.

Defense: too many big plays.

Oline: pray Gaither gets well in the bye week.

Ray Freaking Rice: AP (aka the Back everyone was talking about in this game): 0 TDs, Ray Rice: 2 TDs.

Joe Flacco: Clutch and Cool and banged up.

I don't know that I'd go that far, but I probably wouldn't call them a negative as two guys were playing out of position.
