The Pats are definitely stacked with big name players right now, with a full recieving corps for Tom Brady to throw to, but there have been teams that were thought to be good on paper before nad that didn't necessarily translate into a powerful team on the field (ex. the Cardinals), I'm not saying that could be the result with the Pats, just bring up a point.

That being said I am looking forward to when the Ravens plays the Pats this season, the number one defense against what could one of the most potent offenses in the league; not mention the offense facing AD for a reunion. I'm not sure where that game will end up, but with my slight bias for the Ravens, in addition to their revamped offense, I think I'd give the edge to them at this point. But we'll know better after the season gats under way.

i think it will take a season for those players to get some chemistry and play well so yes we will go deep

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Chemistry, chemisty, chemistry.

We have it. New England probably doesn't. Bottom line, teamwork wins above all. Therefore, we'll probably go deeper in the playoffs than the Pats (if they even make it to the playoffs).

I'm not sure how you draw the conclusion that NE won't have chemistry. This isn't the Redskins or Raiders we're talking about here - this is a franchise that instills team ethic and discipline in its players. They have strong leaders and a core group of vets that will keep the Stallworths and Moss's in line. The latter only causes problems when he's not getting the ball, and Brady will do that. The addition of AD will, if anything, improve rather than deminish the chemistry on defense. Of course the Pats could fall flat on their faces, but I doubt it. They should be a force this year.

As far as predicting a SB for this team - has anyone ever heard of karma? Let's leave it for the fans of the Landover Redskins to be Offseason Champs

As the Ravens fan in Boston, I can assure you that the newsies up here have been hyping up all the Pats' off-season acquisitions as much as they've hyped up Dice-K (which is a heck of a lot of hype. I'm amazed that the city hasn't sunk from the weight of all of it). And seriously many of them have made the coming of Randy Moss sound like the second coming of Jesus.

We'll just have to wait and see. If they can keep Moss happy then I doubt he will be a troublemaker....

who knows.

I for one can't wait for the game against the Pats. I'll be there with my friends bein' my usual happy obnoxious self!

But as for the Ravens, we'll be fine. I have no doubt that everyone will be on the same page by the start of the season. I anxiously await the AFC North slobberknockers! :D

Man, can we just get the season underway! I can't wait to see our boyz take the field and see how this season will turn out. As far as the Pats, there's only one ball and always film to study on how they can be beaten. They look good on paper but they still have to play. Either way we only face them once this season and they are not in our division so we should not have to worry about them until playoff time. They manage to be there every year because of the division they are in.

This season will be exciting i think it all depends if the O-Line shows up! As far as the pats go i think we match up with them pound for pound we might even have more depth than them!
