Yes they did but the O wasn't playing spectacular football. I still stand by .. they lost as a team and Haus missed the FG.

I refuse to say that Rice/Flacco were the reason for our loss.

Ok, I know most of you feel like thisor worse, but lets take a deep breath and TRY to calm down. Right now the Bengals are 4-2, Steelers 4-2, and we are 3-3 with a bye. If we start to fall behind 2-3 games then I can see us not making the playoffs, still enough time to catch up and win the divison! And please dont give me crap, im just trying to stay positive

You're absolutely right. The Steelers looked wobbly today against Cleveland of all teams. Ravens have as good a shot at the AFC North as any other team, and I expect them to beat the Steelers twice this year. Why the panic everybody?

We all was so excited to have Ray Ray resign but at what cost? I am a die hard ray ray fan but our secondary is hurting.. Was playing him all that money costing us to lack in the secondary.... I wish ray ray would have signed with another team.. not because I dislke him its because i could blame our bad defence on Ray Ray's absence.
Yes, it was worth bringing him back. I heard him through the audio shouting out three different times, and he called the play each time. The problem is our secondary. I listened to people here, but I am tired of making excuses, they are garbage, pure garbage. I see the lack of pressure, to an extent, but these dudes suck.

The talent in the secondary is there. The coaching and discipline are not. Fortunately, stuff like that can be fixed.

Yes, the Defense has some issues, mostly at DB. Ray & Suggs played great games, Favre had pressure...

Flacco had an amazing game, as did Mr. Rice. (Lil' Ray is so good, he deserves the Mr. honorary...)

So... to all you people, who made an account just to bash the hard fought - but unsuccessful - efforts of the Ravens today, I'm calling you out! Where were you when the team was 3-0?

This means you, GoldenFern... Flacco needs traded?

Do you realize the Ravens were 2-3 last year, and made the Championship Game?

Our O played pretty well. The playcalling kinda sucked. Predictable. We go back to the run in this game, but now its against a great rush defense team?

Rice played lights out. Flacco made a lot of tough passes under pressure. And best yet no Turnovers.

Even Clayton and mase played decently. If Mason catches the deep ball, he'd have a great game.

The vikings suck at mid range passes, specifically to TEs. We didn't utilize Heap enough in this game, IMO.

In the beginning the O was not doing well .. IF THEY WERE .. the D would not have been on the field for a long time in the first place. NOW... Who in the heck said that Rice/Flacco lost the game .. NOT ME .. allow me to make my comments and have my own opinions and stop responded to me ... GEEZ me Christmas.

TRADE FLACCO WHILE HE STILL HAVE VALUE - That's right, I said Flacco, BYE-BYE. I watched him all season and it seems like he has his "glimmer" of actually living up to the name "Joe Cool" that I watched him develop last year - but when actually under pressure (this year), like in a game, he looks scared out of his mind.

You can say what you want - Flacco had a lucky rookie year and so did Harbaugh.

So how long have you been a Steeler fan? :ICONATOR_01040da29c18a4eed76047

We are second in the league for biggest plays given up, what does that say for our corners now to all of you doubters that our corners are doing an ok job.

Right! to all the Corner lovers out there, I think we all deserve a moment of silence from you guys! Its long over-due

The Ravens are absolutely the laughing stock of the NFL. Can't get it done no matter what it is. So you guys can ahead and complain how we need another kicker. The fact is we allow ourselves to not get it done early in the game. We'll be lucky to get a wildcard spot for the playoffs. Even if we do, we can't catch, can't defend, and can't kick a field goal WHEN IT MATTERS!
Thank You! And i was told that I have a lack of faith becuz I said that I hope we're fortunate enuff to get a Wildcard spot.

So, in sum:

a.) Don't disagree

b.) If you do, don't "responded"

Thanks for the lesson on forum etiquette; I was unaware of how to behave until you came along.

Hate to repeat myself but I don't understand the panic. The disappointment yea, but the panic, no. The Ravens delivered perhaps the best 4th quarter seen in the NFL this year. On the same day the Steelers wobbled to a victory at home against Cleveland of all teams.

Nothing wrong with the Ravens 'D' that a little discipline and better defensive coaching can't cure. I really expect the Ravens to take both games against the Steelers this year and be a real contender for the AFC North championship. No kidding.

21 points in the 4th quarter.

We lost the win, but we gained heart.

Gained Heart? Wow I will try to remeber how much heart we will have with the upcoming schedule, post 3-3 at the bye!

We were 2-3 last year but who looked at the roster last year and honestly thought we would compete for the div crown? I thought last year was "rebuilding" I was shocked and pleased when we made it as far as we did. I come into this season with renewed hope and great expectations with some doubt about the loss of Scott and Leonard, I knew we could not afford them both I think Scott and Rex were the biggest losses. We signed Suggs and Ray to big contracts that is GOING TO HURT! We will have to resign Ngata and need new DB's plus A LEGITIMATE #1 RECIEVER! Anita Marks has had this team pegged from day one!

I might get it if one flag is thrown and picked up. But two flags from two different viewpoints?

The refs aren't giving us many good games this year. When's Ed Hoculi going to cover our game. Despite his bad call last year, I think he is the best non-biased ref in the league.

All the high expectations of this year. Wow.....Division Title,,,,,,Playoffs,,,,,,Super Bowl,,,,,
Start the year 3-0. 2 games ahead of PIttsburgh. WOW
Now, after starting 3-0 we have lost 3 in a row. All winnable games. Now we find ourselves 1 game behind, not only Pittsburgh, but also Cincy(who now owns the tiebreaker, so that's like 2 games behind them).
We can't pass protect.
We can't pass rush
Now we even have problems stopping the run. (2 100 yard rushers in consecutive weeks).
Our special teams leave a lot to be desired.
Penalties have all but given field position and taketh field position away.
Chris Carr.................What a dissapointment
Frank Walker...............What a joke
Dawan Landry...............Never recovered
Terrell Suggs..............Never in shape(still catching his breath)
defensive line.............Too old and too small (Naghta is the exception)
defensive line.............NO PASS RUSH from this group
offensive line.............Stop moving. The penalties are killing us
Joe Flacco.................Stop waiting until the 2nd half, our defense is dead by then.
Coaches....................Stop praising players for garbage play. We are not all stupid.
Coaches....................Start putting players on the field who want to play. Webb comes to mind. Mcclain comes to mind. D Williams comes to mind. Kruger????
If we aren't going to make trades then fine. Let's get going with the team we started with. Good teams rebound and make adjustments. We have the depth. Get it done. I don't see it happening. That's a coaching problem. We have the players to win. We just need to use them accordingly.

Maybe you should stop having such high expectations. I keep my expectations modest.

I for one am a tad disappointed in our record. I thought we'd have one more win (4-2) at this junction. But we've played tough competitive games in all our losses. There's still a lot football games to be played this year to be disappointed already.

Now if you were a fan of the Redskins, Lions, KC, Tampa Bay, Oakland and Carolina stuck in Ohio. Then I could justify your disappointment.

Jesus, it's like a hivemind on this place. Does everyone have the same five things to say? It's not even complaining about the same five things, it's like one person said it originally, now everyone recycles it.

D. Will is made of glass, we're better off with him not starting. Actually, the wide receivers are fine, so why are we even bringing Williams into this? He isn't going to turn the offense into anything new. Put players on who want to play? I think it's safe to say, everyone wants to play. How about "who can play"? Which brings Carr and Walker off the field and brings Webb and the mysterious imaginary Corner (who is already better then Carr, you should see the way this guy covers guys. It's like white on rice, man. White on rice). I love how people continually throw Suggs to the wolves when he's playing fine, he just isn't getting the sack. Half the time he's the only guy getting pressure.

And can't pass protect? Flacco is 13th in times sacked, which is ten. Yes, he gets hit, and has to avoid defenders, but the offensive line has done well. You can't forget Gaither is still out, so it can only get back to it's original strength when he does come back.

What we need is a dump thread of Negative Posts. Just have it out front - "Negativity", then when 50 different people create the exact same thread, there's a place to put it.

Its one thing to be negative about the way our team is performing, its another to dismiss the season already.
