When's the last time the FedEx ground player of the week earned his accolade against the Ravens?

Yea, that hurts. It also hurts that 3 of the NFL weekly countdown segments featured performances against the Ravens. I sure hope these guys can reverse this slide before the bye!

Amen to that. If we enter the bye at 3-3 having not played the steelers twice, cincy at their place, broncos (even though I don't personally believe the hype on them yet) or the colts we can possibly wave bye bye to the post season. Of course I hope not, but lookig at both sides here.

Hype? What Hype. the Broncos deserve the respect of a 5-0 team. They beat the Bengals and Patriots, how did we do against them? Oh thats right we lost to both of those teams back to back. Im more worried about the Broncos than the steelers.

Does it really matter anymore? If Chris Johnson hadn't been hurt last season in the play-offs, who knows what would've run for 100 yards. The defense came close to surrendering 100 yards to THREE DIFFERENT RBs last year against the Giants. And thanks to some great blocking, missed tackles and good second efforts, Benson ran for over 100 yards. The Ravens have one of the best run Ds in the league but once in a while, a team will run with success on them. It happens. Let's focus on how the D responds against Peterson tomorrow.

Well, "Personally" I think you are foolish for thinking they are a hyped up team.

We'll see in a few more weeks if its hype or legit recognition.

In all fairness, they have beat Cincy on a fluke play, Cleveland, Oakland, Dallas and NE in OT. Again, I'm not comparing them to us (because of course they beat Cincy and NE and we counldnt - BS ref calls aside, we didn't play well enough to win)

The meat of their schedule starts now. They win some games that mean something and then the rest of the world will buy in.

All Im sayin is win or lose versus them, they are not the team we all thought they would be. Did anyone thing they would be 5-0? No way, we all thought they were going to be the Lions. I would say they have a better chance of making the playoffs than some other teams we have faced/will face.

I agree with all of that, but I will fully buy in when they beat some tougher teams.

Its crazy how our Defense didnt give up 100+ yards to a Back in 35 or more games..we finally cracked, Now all of a sudden thats our most obvious weekness according to these so-called experts. All of a Sudden, Cedric Benson is highly esteemed among the leagues best Backs..and a Fantasy Football favorite? :229031_rofl: soo funny! How quickly this nonsense will change!!

Just thought I'd refresh this since they are certainly not the team that was "hyped up" weeks 1-5 when they were playing teams of no value or winning on fluke plays.

They're showing their true colors and that was my point back when this was discussed.
