Guitar Hero Vs. Rock Band

I've played both, I think Guitar Hero is better for a single player experience, but it doesn't compare to the fun of playing with up to four people on different instruments and vocals. I played the demo of Rock Band for like two hours at Best Buy this past weekend.

havent really played either But Most of the people around this area and while i was in High School always talked about and Played Guitar Hero...so ima have to say Guitar Hero just because lol

My sister and I bought Rock Band for my brother for Hanukkah. We played it a bunch on Sunday and I must say it's pretty ridiculous. The guitar parts are much more challenging in GH3, but it doesn't compare to having a mini fake band playing at once. I was the only one there who could do all three things (guitar, drum, and vocals) decently.

have you guys tried the Guitar hero special addition??? which includes the Guitar and the drum set??? so you could choose what intrument you wanted to play or play it 2 player (one on the drums, the other on the Guitar) we have it at the wal mart where i work...its pretty sweet, even though i dont play it much.

Are you sure that isn't actually Rock Band?
