I dropped Jason Witten and picked up VD from waivers in week 4 or something and havent regretted it yet. The way Rice and Benson have been playing makes them a start every week so no brainer for me, i would trade Gore. You also have to take in account of what place he is in and whether you are going to give him an edge at beating you.

Heap to me is not a top 10 fantasy option. See if you can get Celek from waivers or Visanthe Shancoe. Shoot I would even recommend Jermichal Finley over Heap.
