Is anyone else exceedingly bored by most of the games this year? It seems like all I ever get to see are battles of the bottom feeders.

>.< I'm starting to hate being in Washington's coverage.

try being in FL... they showed NYG vs Oak..... that was over b4 the first 5 minutes of the first quarter..... now they are actually showing the ravens on T.V. ... against the Vikings...

Talk about a snoozefest... I won't get to see the Ravens play because CBS is showing the JuggerNOT battle ('Skins vs Chiefs). :(

Lol, at least in Florida, you never have to suffer through a Jags game. :P

I'm seriously giving consideration to watching Miami U instead of Washington. It might be a better game.

no but i've been screwed out of what should be a ravens game on T.V. but because the dolphins play at four... and play an AFC team... and fox has the 4 o'clock game that week... CBS won't broadcast the 1 o'clocker so we can watch the dolphins struggle...

I get two channels of the Pittsburgh/Cleveland game. So I probably won't watch a 1:00 game, because I'm sure they'll just spoil the score for me before I can watch the game at midnight when it's updated to NFL Rewind. However, the most boring game I got was the Cleveland/Buffalo game last week. Zzzzzzzzzzz

I'm in the same boat as you then. Are you in VA? I'm in MD and can't get the game. pssst.

But hey if we lived in Hawaii or Alaska we'd get it on our locals.

I feel your pain.

Missing the Ravens game wouldn't be quite so bad if I could actually watch something good like say NO vs NYG, but noooo....

I'm in Northern Virginia. If I were just a few miles north, I'd get the Ravens game :( but instead, I have to watch the Redskins try not to let a third winless team beat them.

If we lived almost anywhere else in the country, we would get the game.

The fact that you're in Maryland and you have to watch the 'Skins is really sad. I understand (though disagree with) NOVA being in DC coverage, but Maryland?

:argh: I just checked out the map for CBS early and Greenbelt, MD is smack dab in 'Skins territory. Looks like I'll be racing north to Laurel in order to catch the game since they get both DC and Baltimore channels.

ETA: My boss, the resident Giants fan, is going to be pissed when he finds out he's unlikely to see the Giants game on TV because Crofton is colored orange for the late Eagles game on Fox. He was hoping that with the 'Skins and Ravens on CBS that Fox would run the Giants game.

I don't see what kind of gain ravens fans get from voting against the ravens on a ravens fan site. Are you not supposed to support your team? but meh...

I was going to use the whole reverse psychology thing and pick all the teams I wanted to lose, but I just couldn't bring myself to pick against the Ravens. Yet. If they lose again, I might just have to pick the other team next time, just because it might make them win. "I'm not superstitious, I'm just regularstitious."

But there are a bunch on here that I hope I got wrong...

Houston Texans at Cincinnati Bengals: Cinncinnati Bengals
Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers: Green Bay Pagckers
St. Louis Rams at Jacksonville Jaguars: Jacksonville Jaguars
Baltimore Ravens at Minnesota Vikings: Baltimore Ravens
New York Giants at New Orleans Saints: New York Giants
Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers: Pittsburgh Steelers
Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Carolina Panthers

I was talking about a previous games... I get both the ravens vikings game.. and the saints giants game.... but this will be like 1 of 3 ravens games on T.V. for me during the reg season... we might get 1 more sunday game that isn't 4 o'clock down here :)

spirit of competition... I'm sure they want the Ravens to win... but the also are competing amongst themselves.. so whatever gives them the edge..

Green Bay, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Carolina, Philadelphia, New England, New York Jets are this week's unanimous picks.

New York/New Orleans, Kansas City/Washington, Arizona/Seattle, and Denver/San Diego are this week's toss-up picks.

The home teams are favored, 4 to 10.

Good luck everyone this week. Standings will be posted late monday night to tuesday afternoon.

Edit: I forgot to add in Oakland's percentage, but we all know what that is. I apologize for the error

I would have been fine if it were for Oakland... you know... winning. I guess the same goes for Buffalo. But Oakland was the bigger shocker. Eh...

I think I gave the Oakland Raiders an extra push when I forgot to add in their percentage to the grid. Funny.
