Who To Start And Who To Sit

This week hasn't started off well for me. Especially since the guy I'm playing against has Brandon Marshall.

And we thought our secondary is bad.

2 catches for 100+ yards & 2 TDs.

So my star QB (Schaub) is on a bye this week. I'm in a deep QB league and my original backup was Shaun Hill (Who was very serviceable) but he's long gone.

So I've hoarded all the remaining QBs on waivers. Take your pick as to who I should start while Schaub is at home watching football.

Chad Henne vs. Tampa Bay
Josh Freeman vs Miami
Trent Edwards vs. Tennessee

I know, not looking to pretty. Who do you think has the best chance of throwing at least one touchdown? I'm in first place and would like to keep it that way.
It really didn't matter who I picked as my QB.

Henne - 11 FFP
Edwards - 11 FFP
Freeman - 12 FFP

I never thought I'd say this. But I'm thinking about starting the Lions defense over the Browns. It's the best option I see.

I think if Jamal Lewis plays like he did last night he'll run all over the lions D.... I would think starting either one wouldn't be a bad idea.. unless you have like the saints or colts D

i picked up the Bengals D this week against OAK, another decent option might be SD if Orton doesnt play...

pick 2 for week 11:

Pierre Thomas @ TB
Joe Addai @ BAL
Ryan Grant - SF
Marshawn Lynch @ JAX
Jonathan Stewart - MIA
Clinton Portis (If Available) - @ DAL

.25 PPR league, TD heavy

Pick 2
Frank Gore
Ricky Williams
Ray Rice
Darren Sproles

honestly I'm thinking Rice and Williams depending on how bad the ronnie brown injury is

thats a good situation to be in... Ronnie Brown has already been ruled out, so it has to be between gore, williams, and rice

Touchdown league, huh?

Thomas & Addai.

Addai always gets goal line carries. Same for Pierre Thomas. Grant doesn't get in the endzone enough. If Green Bay scores its usually passing. Lynch can't even smell the endzone.

Ricky Williams no doubt. & Ray Rice. Yards from scrimmage, you can't go wrong. Plus the Colts run D has always been their weak spot.

Back-up Plan Frank Gore.

I'd gotta say Benson. If the Bengals are smart, they will run this game. Oakland's Pass D will force some balls to go Benson's way as well.

NE D/ST vs NYJ
or
ARZ D/ST @STL???
How cold will the Patriots game be. If it's in low 50's or 40's go with NE.

But you can't lose with Arizona.

Team vs. Tampa Bay
Team vs. Browns
Team vs. St Lious

Both are must starts!

I'm actually playing the Lions Defense. I think the Lions should be able to move the ball. Lions aren't half bad. They've played some tough competition this year.

Browns vs. Lions should be a low scoring affair but filled with turnovers.

Only Must Start defenses? If your talking this week than I'm thinking anyone with the Bengals defense or the Bengals will wonder how their not a must start with the Bengals playing the Raiders. If nobody has picked up the Bengals defense I would go and pick them up for the next few weeks as they have Oakland, Cleveland and Detroit in the next 3 weeks. That's what I did for this week and probably the next couple weeks I'll be using the Bengals defense(and I have the Ravens Defense) since they have a easy schedule the next few weeks.

Offensive Explosion. Go figure. It was either going to be a pathetic no point game or an offensive Explosion.

Lions a bad choice. I guess I learned my lesson.
