trade either mcnabb or palmer (not both) for a position in which needs strength on your team, garrard is good enough for back up

but which one to start I'd say palmer.... the texans haven't been too hot against the pass... mcnabb is playing one of the best CB's in theguywiththehardnametospell.... but you could still start him... garrard is playing st louis as well

in the end its your call.. but thats just my speculation
