Bad calls don't score TD's. The penalties mattered because the Ravens let the game get that close. They had all of first and second quarter to get an offense rolling and they didn't. This late game warming up is costing the Ravens dearly-especially with the officiating. But it's nothing the team can't overcome by just being a better team and taking the game out of the ref's hands.
