Jersey Repair Shops?

I have my Authentic Custom Jersey that needs some restitching. Apparently getting a good stitch brand new is a commodity. Anyhow, is there a place in the Baltimore, Ellicott City or Columbia area (or any other area) that does great repairs? I want to be sure I can get stitching that is identical to the stitching color, not to mention correct any other stitching that may be coming loose.

What about a nice dry-cleaning place that does alterations? I've had some repairs done to jerseys at these kind of places.......
