Not bad man, You all definitely remind me of Trivium. I'll have to check your cd out when it comes out. Everybody Dies is my favorite too, gotta love the double bass and guitar. You all should try to write more songs like Everybody Dies, I would love to hear the new version with the new singer and additions. Good times.

Well thank you very much! We work really hard at what we do, (a lot of people don't realize exactly how much work it takes!) As for the vocals, I agree. We really needed a change, I mean his lyrics aren't bad, a bit depressing but not bad lol and his melodies were well thought out, but he just didn't have the kind of power we need. We really needed someone with a big voice that can belt it so that's what we got!

Can't wait for you guys to hear our new stuff, it's insane!

I can't wait to hear it!

That's one thing I greatly respect about metal musicians - it's for the love of the music rather than commercial gain. All the same, I hope you guys can enjoy some success from your talents.

Yeah, money WOULD be nice but if your having a great time then it's even better! I mean, to be successful you really have to invest ton of money into it so getting some of that back in time is always a good thing!

Actually, the funny thing about "Everybody Dies" is that it was the very first song we wrote together, we had just made our myspace page and everyone was wanting us to post some songs, so we recorded it in like 2 hours It was before we hired our last singer, so I was pretty much just doing scratch vocals until we found someone. I hadn't written any actual lyrics for the song, just the "Everybody Dies" part of the Lyrics. So pretty much I just free styled it in one take and then we mixed it and posted it.

That song now actually has real lyrics and we do some vocal harmony stuff during the chorus. It sounds much better now

Thats awesome that you did it free style, you hear about Rappers free-styling all the time. Not too often in Metal. That kinda reminds me of Jam bands got started.
I've played Guitar (rhythm) for a long time and I've been in alot of different bands. I've even been in punk bands playing the Bass. I definitely have an appreciation for what it takes to make a band cohesive and good. It's almost like you need to be in each others heads. Keep up the good work and get us some more music to listen to soon!

howd last nights show go?
It went really good, we sold all 50 tickets the Manager gave me to sell, but hardly anyone came out because of the weather. A few other guys I know that were playing gigs elsewhere said it was pretty much dead everywhere. It was my first time playing there, and I gotta say that place has a really awesome vibe for a rock show. I can't wait to go back because 40-50 heads would fill that place pretty nicely

I'll be sure to look this up and give it a listen, which I will do with an open mind.

Thanks!!! Just don't mind the vocals, we had to fire the guy that you will hear on our current demo recordings. He was technically a good singer, but he just didn't have "it". That is why from here on out, i'm doing lead vocals as well as rhythm guitar.

P.S for anybody in the Philly area, we are playing on the Main Stage at the Trocadero Theatre in Philly on January 22nd!!!!!!!!!!! If you are around that area I hope to see you there!!!
