new news was released according to the associated press its sounding like an alergy based death, intense vomiting then he collapsed and his throat closed . sad to see him go a rumor was going arround he was either going to cfl or with injuries he could have been resigned to our PS , they said we were still in contact with him

We didn't know him well. He just passed through Baltimore and did his best to stay around longer. It just didn't work out. But, all we really need to know about him was that he wore the uniform of our military and served in Iraq. Enough said. It's sad when anyone passes away. But, it always seems just a little bit sadder when we lose someone who put his life on the line for our country. God bless him.

It's sad to hear. I wish he could've realized that the thoughts he might have had and the place where he was at, would eventually pass. They always do. Just as the good feelings and good places pass as well.

Life is a carousel. Where we're at now is nowhere where we'll be at tomorrow.

Well said Pops1. When anyone takes their own life it is a tragedy that shows us how tough of a world we truly live in. His family and friends are in our prayers.

Agreed, suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem! It's sad to think that anyone could be in a position to think that's the only option they have.

His attorney said suicide, the coroner's havent ruled it anything yet. Stay tuned. Anyone else think it would be odd to commit suicide at a friends house that involves vomiting? If anything I believe it would be an overdose or allergic reaction.

I still can't get over how dissapointing this is, the all or nothing mentality of having "One shot" resonated with me when I saw it tattooed on his arm. Im praying this isn't the truth and he didn't just give up because the odds were against him.

This incenses me even more about what that cop did to him.

Like I said when the news first broke,

this country needs to WAKE UP and find a better way to deal with this. We need to do a MUCH BETTER job of taking care of the men and women who have done so much to protect us. Get rid of that stupid macho stigma the military has concerning mental issues....for Tony and all the others who are gone...

I was extremely sad to hear about this when it happened, and hearing that it was an overdose doesn't make me feel any better. We just had to write a journal entry in my english class about the difficulty that soldiers have in returning from combat and how more needs to be done to help them. It really sucks to hear about this because the war has really yet to hit close to home for myself personally, I've only heard stories of others who have been affected really. Now my best friend is set on joining the army and all those stories are coming back to me and its just scary to think about. I don't know if he even realizes what warfare does to people, and if he gets deployed I just hope he comes back healthy in every way.

Anyways I'm rambling... this is truly a sad thing to hear. I wish his family and friends the best, as that's unfortunately all I can really do for them. RIP Tony..
