Great game even if the yankees won but you hate to see a game end on a play like that....and a-rod is like Puljos(sp)you do not pitch to him in that situation. the Twins found out and now so did the Angels.down 2-0 now I don't like the Angels chances

I REALLY hope the Dodgers or Phillies can take down the Yankees if the Angels dont. I do not want to see them win a 27th World Series.

Cliff Lee vs. Hiroki Kuroda....I think Phillies win with a score around 4-1. This game might be postponed.

the yankee/angels series is becoming a good series as for the dodgers/phillies missed opportunities by the dodgers have them in a 3-1 hole and considering they'd have to face Lee again I pretty much guarantee the Phillies are going back to the series to defend their title.

No one in New York can celebrate until they've secured that 4th win in this one.

The Yankees have ruined baseball... so what if they win the WS, and that's a big if, they had to spend over $200M. It's rather disgusting.

OMG. The Yankees HAVE NOT ruined Baseball. The last time they won it was with THEIR OWN players. And they've been winning for an awefully long time (long before the Steinbrenners,etc.). And maybe you should check Boston's salary if it's money you're referring to. In addition to all the spending not necessarily helping them win another championship, take a look at the Marlins salary when they beat the Yankees in the WS a few years ago. It was a fraction of the Yankees salary. So how has baseball been ruined? Was it the Yankees who made the decision for the entire league not to have a salary cap? I assure you it wasn't. I'm thankful that we have owners who want to put the profits back into the team. More teams should do it. I understand that they don't all have the market, but some of them just don't care about fielding a winning team if it costs them money.

I don't really care who wins as long as it's not the Dodgers. I think I hate them more than I hate the Steelers. ;-)

wow so um yeah it's all on the yankees now to make the phillies defending title all that much harder. The Phillies have gotten hot when it counts most and really that's what the MLB Playoffs are all about. To many times have I seen the really good teams go cold when playoff time The Dodgers are the latest victim. This won't be the most fun World Series for me as I despise the Yankees and don't really care for the Phillies tho Jason Werth is catching on to me.
oh well

That's fine Buddy, but I think it's baseless. Hate 'em sure, but don't claim that they've ruined baseball because it just ain't true.
