GIVE THE BALL TO LE'RON MCCLAIN MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why are we not even using him this year? We are trying to pass to him?! Let's get back to our 3 RB committee, and we win this game.

Because there's no more Lorenzo Neal?

Great point. I want McClain to get the ball more but whenever McClain got the ball last year, it was usually running behind Neal. I think McClain can run out of a single-back set but maybe the coaches don't want McClain in that formation.

I just re-watched McClain TD plunge against KC. McClain was the FB, took the direct hand-off and Flacco faked a toss to Rice. The 4th down against McGahee would've been the perfect time to run that play again.

I dont know if anyone has brought this up (didnt read every post), but Clayton muffed the first down pass and everything, what better way for him to make up by showing up against the team that he TORCHED last year. I hope Clayton shows up this Sunday with redemption on his mind

These next 2 games are a must win.
We definitely need these next 2 games. The Steelers have it easy the next 2 weeks. if Cincy lose sunday, they could win the following week which would keep things very close. I agree!

This has trap written all over it. I know it's a home game, but will good cinci or bad cinci show up. The Ravens are in a real danger of going 3-3 by the break. The Vikings are a no joke team, in Minnesota. I have a BAD feeling about this. If the Ravens beat cinci., then a little momentum may be enough to get a win in Minn. However, this is a big test for cinci. They can come out and beat the Ravens because they are playing for the number 1 spot as well. It's purely an irrational gut feeling, but I still have it!
Naaah. After that NE game, the Bengals and the Vikings are going to run into a hardened Ravens team with a bad disposition. The stars are fast lining up for these Ravens to run the table. I like this team more than any other Ravens team in their breif history here. I also expect Mark Clayton to come back and prove himself. They will be just fine. Watch.

I definently think that Fabian Washington going to have problems covering Chad.....Fabian gets burned a lot Ed has to babysit him a lot now Foxworth may have more success but I'm just not sold on him yet. The cb's are definently a problem but I really do hope they can get it together for these tough games coming up

I think the calls we got in NE will only fuel the fire coming back home this week. Cincy's win over Cleveland makes this a battle for AFC North dominance and I expect the players to respond in kind. A win here is also critical since the Squeelers will easily roll over Detroit.

A solid focus on controlling the clock with power running will setup some nice play action and allow us to run a more balanced offense than we did against the Pats. Oher should be able to keep Odom under control, and our quick screens to Rice & McGahee have been effective against blitz-happy teams. I would expect a good solid offensive performance.

As far as defense is concerned, I think Ray will find a way to motivate the guys to play at an even higher level with so much at stake. I just hope he is heard by the secondary so we can sure up these communication breakdowns. I would also like to see Ed Reed return to the dominance he displayed last year. Cincy should be pickable with Benson stuffed by the guys up front.

Special teams will face some challenges without Brendan; thankfully Cincy doesn't have a Josh Cribbs caliber kick returner. Overall it will come down to smart play and execution. Every time we play a big game it just seems to rain yellow. Let's put an end to that trend on Sunday.

I'll take the Ravens by 13.

Andre Caldwell has been one of Palmer's best targets. I hope the coaches put either Walker or Webb on him. Carr may have been brought in to play the nickel but he hasn't shown he can do it.

You're right. Caldwell has been a blessing for us so far. But he was injured against Cleveland so we'll have to see where he's at.

Our OC (Bob Bratkowski) is possibly the worst in the NFL. With the assets our offense has, he rarely utilizes them correctly.

You're team is the number one rushing defense, but 23rd against the pass. With Brat, chances are he'll want to run it up the middle on first and second down, then force Palmer to throw it on 3rd and 8. This stuff has been happening all season until Palmer takes the reigns in the 4th quarter forcing the no-huddle (which where all our wins have come from)

All you guys need to do in order to win is defend the pass and run the ball.

Okay, The so-called experts are already assuming or expecting an upset. It would be a catastrophy if we lose this one. Im not gonna say I highly doubt that we lose,I just hope we dominate and destroy them to get sum momentum before playin the Vikings. We certainly need this victory.

The talking heads (Experts) can pick whoever they want as an upset special. Most the time they are looking at paper. Which has ending scores and records.

But Most of us have watched every moment of this Ravens team, and we know there is something special about this team. This team is a dominating team. And mark my word, I rarely say this, but there is no way THIS team is losing to the Bengals at home. (Disclaimer: This prediction is nullified on freak miracle plays to win game)

Well I think Cincy at home is a lot different from NE in Foxborough. We win this one, but I will also say let's not forget this is a Cincy team that has tasted what we want so bad now...a win over that other team. Respect.

Looks like nobody wants to talk about the Bengals.

Most people expect the Ravens to take care of business. I personally think the Ravens could either dominate them or be in for a tough 60-minute war.

Anybody else angry this week? I don't know what's up, but I'm angry. Frankly I want to a complete dismantling of Cincinnati. I'm talking total demolition.

I'm not angry but I REALLY want to see the Ravens bludgeon the Bengals. I don't wish for anyone to get hurt but I want to see Palmer get sacked a few times, Chad Johnson take a big hit across the middle from Ray and the offense string together a few drives where they eat up clock running the ball down Cincy's throat.

I must say, I'm pretty confident this week. I know Cincy has improved but I still think they aren't a playoff team yet. Their gift victory over Pittsburgh was far from impressive, and they got taken to overtime by Cleveland who rivals St. Louis, Detroit, and Landover for worst teams in the NFL. Bengals homers will say that they are one miracle play from being 4-0 right now, but on the other side of the token they could have just as easily dropped to 2-2 last week. Our Dline should take care of business against their Oline and revert Benson back to the true non-factor that he is against good defenses. On the Offensive side of the ball, their D is better than last year, but I think it will be a challenge to just slow our offense down let alone stop it. I'm thinking Cincy keeps it close for a while but the Ravens pull away in the 3rd. I'm going 30-10 Ravens.

I detected Joe The Quarterback was highly PO'ed after last week's game. Just the look on his face walking off the field was like "you lucky @#$%!". I think Joe is REAL focused this week. Same with Clayton. Just a hunch. :sherlock:

I think it's going to get ugly - I see the Ravens in a win comparable to the Cleveland game, maybe 35-10.

Just for you amusement - the Bengals' board - but please don't bring the smacktalkers here...

No offense to you, Brick - you seem very objective...
