Yeah, its about the Philly and now Detriot parking authority. They follow the folks that give out parking tickets, yellow boots, that tow cars, and at the impound lot. Its pretty entertaining stuff. That is unless you and your car are on the recieving end of one of the above.

great show. I loved it. I was crackin up at the people complaining. Its crazy how much philly charges people for ticky tack crap.

i just watched the one episode with the "water ice" and was pretty displeased with the one lady with the nissan who drove down the street 60 mph and was honking the entire time, pretty pathetic display of attitude

Yeah that was insane, that women was so impatient. That guy really has a LONG fuse. If i was him, I would had already thrown the Socket wrench through her window! I lol'ed at the water ice truck "its 98 degrees out and its teasing the kids"

.....Funny show, but IMO the best show that A&E has is "The First 48", hands down.
