Never been a big Wings fan, because you guys emberassed my Flyers in the 97 Finals, but man i would rather have saw you guys take home the cup last year than friggin pittsburgh!

It was a pretty good view. Was it a 400 section? Or Club level?

I see you made it for pregame warmups. I always get goosebumps when the Caps come out and start shooting around to heavy metal music.

It's so crazy how tight the Eastern Conference has been for the past two seasons. Really, only Carolina and Toronto have fallen behind and even teams like Atlanta,Florida,and the Islanders are still in the mix

Look on the birght side, we are racking up those points for overtime losses!

Every time we play back to back games against a team that's well rested. We lose. So not much surprise we got tired out there in the third.

Alex Ovechkin suspended 2 games for his knee-to-knee hit on Hurricanes D Tim Gleason
Alex is hurt so will miss a couple games anyway but Im not familiar with Hockey rules will any games missed to injury count towards the suspension?

Yep. Except he will be injured without pay! So he can have the two games off to rest his knee.

Well the Caps silenced all the naysayers last night by going into the high altitude of Colorado and stomping the hot Avalanche staking a claim as the best team in the NHL.

Absolutely dominating performance last night. 6-1

LET'S GO FLYERS! even though they are playing horribly right now. I just don't understand it. I was extremely disappointed when they let Nitty and Biron go in favor or Emory and Boucher. While Emery has been ok thus far (when he's not hurt) Boucher? He sucked in Philly the first time and IMO isn't nearly as good as Nitty OR Biron. But oh well let's hope they can turn it around soon while there is still time
