Fans are fragile creatures, even if we do not want to admit it. We tend to overreact to media reports, and our emotions get the most of us sometimes. As I opened up the Ravens homepage, I see the first story title; "Nightmare Scenario Comes True", with a picture of Mason going up for a jump ball. My heart hit the floor lol. Man did I read that all wrong. The story is about the nightmare scenario for the rest of the league now that we have an offense. Hey, Duff...can you smack someone around a bit for me?

Same with me. I thought Mason had got hurt. It's weird. After watching him fight through the shoulder injury all last year, I hold my breath a bit every time when Mason gets hit.

There was some dillweed that came in here Monday and posted about Flacco being injured and out. I could not even think straight the rest of the day. My wife told me to just forget about it, it was just b.s.

Still, so far this season it just feels 'different'. You know what I mean? Injuries are the only thing I can see holding us back......

I agree - when I saw the story I clicked as fast as I could, and then... my browser crashed.

I was freaking out in my office trying to figure out what was going on, making other people bring up the Ravens site.

Oh well. All's well that ends well I guess.
