Different years, different teams. What happened in the past means nothing with how we perform next Sunday.

I'm wondering, if NYJ, Indy and Bal are all undefeated, why is it that we have to overcome them, but they don't have to overcome us?

Just becuz they we're different years and teams, doesnt mean falling victim to those teams didnt count or isnt relevant. The Colts prove themselves against us in every match-up. The Steelers sweept us last year and have been Division Champs more. I didnt say we had to overcome the Jets, but the Colts and Steelers. Thats simply because both teams are on a winning streak with regards to beating us. We will see what happens this year

Sure it's irrelevant, IMO.

Why does it matter that Indy beat us up back when we had Kyle Boller and a horrible offense, or when McNair was just here to manage the game, or when we had a rookie at QB? Are we going to play at a lower level against them just because our predecessors couldn't get the job done? Our team now is far superior to anything we've ever had before, other than perhaps our SB team.

It counts, for the record book, but how does it affect the present?

The current only counts if change occurs. Nobody will care (except us) what we've accomplished thus far when we face these teams this year, and thats cool! It will do us No Good to boast and not actually beat them. We thought 2006 was our year to beat the Colts, look what happened---->they won! Wins=Relevance,Bragging Rights,Props. Losses=Wouldv,Couldv,Shouldv, disappointment,Hopes for next time.

its cool that we're 3-0. That means nuthin to the Steelers & Colts besides how they prepare for the upcoming games against us. We have to overcome the overcomers. But, I will Agree to Disagree with you on this topic. We can go on and on bro!

I must say that it is a privilege and an honor to be a fan of a team that is in the same division as the Ravens. After only three weeks, the Ravens are now "The Best Team In All Of Football", so say the experts. What's up next? Oh, the Patriots in New England. No doubt the "Best Team In All Of Football" will dispatch Brady & Company, quickly. Then it's those pesky, upstart Bengals. Do the Bengals actually think they could beat the "Best Team In All Of Football"? And the last game before the break, in Minnesota against the Vikings. Adrian Peterson, Brett Favre, Chester Taylor will have no chance against the "Best Team In All Of Football"!

GO STEELERS!

Yet, your font is purple?

Your issue is with the Bengals, champ. Don't act all butt-hurt in our forums because some ESPN loudmouths aren't slobbering on your team at the moment.

A couple of wins will have you right back in their love seat.
