50 Or Kanye?....your Oppinion

now i know some of you are not Rap/Hip Hop Fans, but for those other people (Like me)

just wanted to see what Raven Fans Preferred........over this much debated topic

so here it is.....

50 or Kanye?

Personally the only reason why i think Kanye won was because he was more a "public" figure and was more "out there" showcasing his music more than 50 was.......yea kanye has a few good songs i like (stronger, Good life, cant tell me nothing) but 50's Album (in my oppinon, is the better of teh 2, i have both CD's and after listening to them both, i have come to the conclusion....50's CD is better......plus he had a legendary Producer in Dr. Dre Making some of the Beats for him.

i mean yeai like some of the Songs on Kanye's album and all that, but to me 50's album sounds alot better and is very very good

I personally love KanYe he has intelligent lyrics and motivated beats unlike some of the current rappers

yea kanye does know how to write the lyrics and the rhymes maybe a tad bit better, but to me 50's new album takes the cake for me.....i like kanye's too but i like 50's even more so than Kanye's

I like Kanye as a lyricist and producer. But I like 50 as an entertainer. Both are GREAT at putting on shows and whatnot, but Kanye has more of an atmosphere in his performances, due in part to his music itself. 50 has become manufactured and materialistic through and through, and not that there's anything wrong with it given the circumstances he had come from, part of it IS to blame for rap music's recent decline.

50 has never really been much about the music, while Kanye has been a perfectionist at his craft. That's the main thing that separates the two artists, and the main reason why I prefer Kanye over 50.

I like both artists, and I WILL say that, when it comes to casual listening, I'd rather throw on some 50 Cent songs than Kanye's deeper stuff, but at the end of the day, Kanye is more beneficial to the rap music industry as a whole than 50 Cent is, despite 50's name value and recognition.

Kanye is an artist who tries to develop and work on his talent while 50 is just a gimmick who is trying to get by using other styles. He tries to be pac and he tries to use Ja's style. I like some of 50's stuff but all in all it's music and i like to hear talent so i favor Kanye.

I would say Kanye, his songs aren't so hard core rap I really cant explain it. Out of all the rappers his songs to me are the easiest to listen to.

I prefer Kanye West more. I wish 50 Cent went back to his old gangsta rap days with Power of the Dollar and Get Rich or Die Tryin. Kanye, is the better right now though because his music is so consistent, he's a crazy MC, makes stuff everyone loves. He can make stuff for the ladies and songs for the men to enjoy. He also can freestyle like.... wow. Right now its Kanye West, but in the past I'd choose 50 Cent.

I like Kanye. His stuff is unique. especially 808's & heartbreak. When I think of 50 I just htink of another rapper singin about his money and girls licking his "lollipop"

I'm not liking his new material, neither. I can appreciate trying to experiment with his sound, but the auto tune gimmick has been old for a while now (I still hate T-Pain for reintroducing it), and his new songs have been just too "out there" for me...

I also hate how his most dedicated fans try to talk down on anyone who isn't feeling his new stuff. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean you're not open-minded...
