Norv just teased the football gods. going for it on 4th then settling. Doesn't bode well fro the long haul.

That call will get him fired. Maybe not now, but soon enough.

He can blame who he wants, A W for us is a W.

Since I can't watch, I hope I read a difference second half. We need a new game plan to slow the progress of their WRs. I will be easier to find a solution to that than them find a solution for our time in the pocket and gaps in the runs.

I don't necessarily blame the defensive schemes but moreso that Chargers WR's are just too big for our Corners. Yes we gettin' beat with big plays but Washington and Foxworth have been doing their part from not getting the Chargers touchdowns. Nevertheless, our pass rush is alright, not really great but it can increase. We are getting like.... right there but since Rivers has a quick release.. yeah..

The offense is surprising the crap out of me..

we did give up some passing yards last year but our defense made up for it at the end of the drive 6 quarters no turnovers that's just not our defense hopefully we get this team fired up in the lockerroom

On a side note, I can't believe that Oakland was DOMINATED all game by KC, and still WON in the end. For the Chiefs, that's the worst way to lose.

Very true, I hope this doesn't become a trend for our Mattison-led defense. A turnover in our favor would really help widen the lead.

Our D needs to step up second half. Not so much that they're playing bad, Rivers and company are just playing that good, with great playcalling.

I see a huge second half coming up for our offense, especially for Flacco.

Bring it home, boys.

With the chiefs being one of my "Home" teams, I gotta say.

That's usually how it happens. I read a stat somewhere that like 8 of thier losses last year were by 7 or less points in the fourth quarter. I do remember seeing quite a few that ended like that too.

I'm posting on a phone, but our defense does not look good at all.

The cornerbacks can't overcome their size, and we're getting pathetic pressure on Rivers all things considered.

Mattison has to make some adjustments.

This is the second consecutive week where we've faced a really bad offensive line, and our pressure is still abysmal.

Our d-line should easily be a top three unit in the league. . .

remember rosenfells threw for over 300 on us close to 4 i think but threw 4 picks we are just not getting those to's but also chargers are a better team then kc so this is more understandable

Wow, NICE counter by McGahee. Good presence of mind by Jared Gaither not to get that tempting (illegal) block to the back.
