Chris Henry In Trouble Again

26 posts in this topic

lol here we go again............yet again, like i saide before lol the Bengals as a team should focus on keeping its own players from the Infamous Jail time and/or suspensions from the nfl for things outside of football that affect their nfl and athletic career....when will they learn....heck we may have lost the last 2 games but at least we arent in the bengals situation with the arrests, suspensions and their overall record....

This isn't a knock on Bengals fans by any means, but how can the fans ever forgive Chris Henry for this latest addition to his series of legal troubles, considering how it's affected the team, both on the field and in the public eye?

Chris Henry does not deserve to be in the NFL. Conviction or no conviction, fact is, there is no way any organization can, in good conscience, allow a low-character person like this the privilege of playing in this league.

How in the world do you even allow yourself to BE IN THE POSITION to get into trouble THAT MANY TIMES? It makes no sense. Celebrity status or not, even Lindsey Lohan manages to find herself in the papers less than the Bengals' suspended players. Shoot, Pacman Jones probably has her AND Paris Hilton beat for most legal incidents in one span of time...

Let's be serious, though...a man found in possession of unlicensed weapons, including two assault rifles, with children in the house, actually thinking he'll live up to his vow of becoming the NFL's Man of the Year award winner?...hmmmmmm...

What a worthless thug, how did he even make it in college? Were the teachers giving him grades while he was out breaking laws? The NFL should ban him for life and give Cincy some kind of compensation even though they seem to have a thing for players with poor behavior.

Old news. Henry didn't get charged. If you didn't notice, he played against us on Sunday and made us look silly. Before we start pointing the finger at everyone else, I can remember a certain player on our team that had some problems with the law. How quickly we forget.

If you're referring to Ray Lewis, I believe his only legal issue was the double-murder charge, of which he was acquitted and charged only with obstruction of justice.

Chris Henry is an entirely different matter, because he has had MULTIPLE run-ins with the law and still found ways to get in trouble with the law when he had cases pending. Plus, honestly, who is stupid enough to wear their own jersey when pulling a gun outside a nightclub??? Seriously...

Well, he did ask the bouncer "Don't you know who I am?" So maybe he just wanted people to be sure it was him.

Marvin Lewis does not discipline his soldiers enough. As for Ray Lewis, he has severed connections with his old miami crew and has been a model citizen since that incident.

I doubt he could call himself "God's Linebacker" (which he is...don't doubt that for a minute) if he was still hanging around the same shady characters.
