Where was the Raven defense today?

Ngata played Tight end on the right,he did a good job...
Willis did a great job today and Flacco was darn right amazing...Cam brilliant play calling. Harbaugh did good job managing the game. The defense gave up 2 td's to a team that may not make the playoffs that at the end of the day is 14pts. Offense putting up 38 points in any other season this would be unheard of. Corner backs looked really soft...Not the Shutdown corner that Cmac was..

Our D was on the field. We gave up 188 yards, two drives, and 10 points. The other 2 TDs, were off a blocked punt, and them having the ball at the 6 because of an interception.

Did you even watch the game? Or are you just looking at the score? The defense played pretty well, although our CB's look only "decent". ST is what gave up the points. Flacco's Int that went for 70 yards to our 6 yard line diddnt help the defense much either.

HUH???
The blind side for a right handed QB is protected by the left tackle. Ngata is a defensive lineman, Oher played right tackle.

Not sticking up for him, because most of what he said was moronic. But Ngata did line up as a TE in goal line formation, but that was on the right side not the left. So still not him "blind side" but yeah, on the O line for a few snaps

I dont think our defense played so great either. We smothered their running game, but we had no answer to Tom-Brady Coyle (completed 67% of his passes -- 16 of 24 -- for 2 TDs and no turnovers). And that was only in twenty minutes. Imagine if our offense hadnt played so well and didn't keep THEIR offense off the field all that time...at the rate he was going his numbers could have looked like Flacco's did.
Overall it was an acceptable performance, no reason to bash our D at all. But on the other hand, we definitely didn't look like our normal selves either.

What I don't really get is, where were these "Our defense sucks" threads after Indy and the Giants absolutely destroyed us last year? What they did was far worse than this.

*yeah yeah, I know those are better offenses, but I'm just saying...people get way too high and low around here over the most meaningless things.*
